As a local guide, I found Lowville Park is an absolute gem! I can't say enough good things about this place. The natural beauty here is breathtaking, with scenic trails that lead you through lush forests and along the serene creek. Whether you're into hiking, picnicking, or simply enjoying the tranquility of nature, this park has it all.
The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's the perfect spot for a family outing, a romantic walk, or some quiet alone time with nature.

I've visited many parks, but Lowville Park stands out as one of the best. Highly recommended!

I believe it's a great place to visit. No parking issue during week days, park is this much silent that you can hear river pleasing noise. Very good place to visit with family, especially kids, as it has a little playground, a couple of open fields, and a very clean site. It was my first visit, and I loved it and planned to visit it again.

A peaceful park to spend quality time with family. There is a river flowing which is not to deep, so everyone can soak themselves. A playground for kids, so many picnic tables, and trails to walk...!

This is such a beautiful n scenic park. Multiple areas with benches n stuff to have family picnics, etc. Even going for a walk or some. Park for kids available aswell. Creek running through the entire park. Make sure to have ur mosquito/bug spray. Have to book a spot and pay before entering. 8 pm park closes, very well maintained. Although, some inconsiderate ppl leave garbage behind, in such a prestine park is beyond my understanding. 1 thing that hit me was some tress that were cut were probably 70+ years old, I'm sure it was for a reason but it's an ancient tree. Overall it was a wicked experience and definately recommend for those weekend picnics or evening walks.

This is one of our favourite park to go. You have a good small trail around the water stream. Kids can enjoy the park at the same time. It’s even has a good picnic area including the shed.
The only problem we have noticed lately is men’s washrooms are closed quite often.

Beautiful park by the creek. Awesome place to enjoy the sound of nature and bird watching. They have a nice play structure. Washrooms are open. Plenty picnic areas. I found a few unleashed dogs in the park which was sad. They should put up a sign for that. Good parking area.

Beautiful park, very accessible and easy to walk, just make sure to make your free reservation online for parking as it gets busy in the summer. Good sledding in the winter as well.

Beautiful park!! Great spot to take kids or if you just want peace. There’s a playground, baseball diamond, picnic tables, and great walking or running trails. Throughout the park there’s little information posts about nature and the park. Great spot to bird watch!

A great park with amazing local history. With the land donated by a local farmer, local residents contributed to clearing land where needed, and planting trees for cool comforting shade to park visitors.

With Bronte Creek running through the heart of the park, the park is home to a wide variety of flora. Late September brings the salmon run, with giant salmon struggling to make their way upstream through the rapids, during spawning season. Bridges allow for easy crossing of the creek, at several points.

The parks boasts modern washroom facilities, and several picnic pavillions, as well as a secret swimming hole.

Perfect place for picnic with lots of benches, kids play area, restrooms. There is a small stream flowing through the park with clear waters. Barbeque friendly with multiple ash pits.

The park is very close to parking which makes it super easy to carry lots of picnic stuff.

Beautiful place to visit. Lots of sheds and open areas as well. You may or may not book them for your events. Without bookings just go earlier and make sure the area you want is not already booked. The Play area for little kids is also very nice. Washrooms are clean and close to the play area. Stream is shallow, kids can play in it but don’t leave them alone. Parking space is limited and you must check the capacity of the park online before you leave. Don’t forget your Mosquito spray!

The park is beautiful. There's a creek/small river running down the middle where kids can catch catfish with small nets. The trails are super easy to go on with kids. There are private properties around the boundaries of the park, but they are clearly marked so watch out for those to avoid trespassing.
