Must check out the goose outside by once upon a child and the shoe company it nested in a flower pot. 🤍

Good experience with the repair and maintenance guy. He helped me take care of my snowboard in seconds and very neat. Love people who go far and beyond with the customers needs. He helped me take two big old stickers off my snowboard.

Customer service at the Milton store is awesome. I was looking to get a receipt for my last year's online order. Christina, with her positive attitude, went above and beyond and got me the receipt. Thank you Christina.

I went into the store yesterday to return two pairs of running shoes (different sizes attempted online). I was expecting a headache even though I was in the return window BUT Alessandra, the cashier who assisted me, was amazing! She did the return while offering to see if they had the size I needed still and when they didn't have it she ordered it for me to be delivered to my house so I wouldn't have to do anything else. She was quick, efficient (was in and out) and super nice, turning a dreaded errand into a happy morning. Wish more shopping was like this experience because I used to like in-person shopping.

Sport check is always been my favorite when it comes to buying outdoor stuff like bikes and snow/ski stuff. They get sales once in a while so you pretty much benefit yourself from such offer especially when you are on a tight budget.

We had such a superb experience! We purchased a bike which broke and Nicole was so lovely and had it refunded. Today when we went to purchase the second bike and Zee honoured our discounts that we lost when we returned our bike last week. He was so pleasant to communicate with. Milton Sports Check will be only place my family will go due to its exceptional customer support!

Bought a pair of Nike Air monarch iv training shoes on Saturday because I was having old shoe issues. I explained my problem with the young lady and she was very happy to help me pick put the best pair since I have 4e wide small feet my choices were limited and so far I have had zero problems with the shoes and will be back for my next pair.

Nicole, the store manager, was great and the staff gave excellent customer service. I will be returning to make more purchases from this store. It's clean, friendly, and professional from the time you walk in.

Dropped by the other day to spend a gift card and had no idea what to buy but Cameron helped me out lot in choosing what was perfect for me, would definitely recommend dropping by this location, lots of variety and great staff just like Cameron!

The people who work there are great, nice, give advice about what is best for your needs, they are polite, and the variety is good, also sometimes you can find really good offers

I used this store on couple of occasions.First time to buy a bicycle and second time to fix one. I had good experience both times. The stuff was friendly and knowledgeable about bicycle. Sportchek has good deals and selection of bicycles. I ended buying one from this store. When I needed bicycle to be repaired the store stuff was helpful as well. I needed to wait 45 minutes and I was on my way home. I would recommend this store.

Matt the manager there helped me out a few weeks back, exceptional help and really took the time to ensure I understood all they had to offer re: the items I was looking to purchase. If I'm writing this review two weeks after the fact you know he does a great job.

Wow, every time I go here, the staff as so helpful, and I almost always leave with whatever I'm looking for. Favourite staff for sure, and not to mention they have a great selection of men's boxers, ski and snow board waxing, (unrelated), and awesome women's running clothes.

Fantastic customer service. Exceeding all my C.S. experiences!! I've been in many Sport Chek locations and will not waste my time with going to any others. Milton is now my only location to shop at!! Assistant manager is amazing and so helpful and willing to accommodate!!

Took my bike in that I bought from them In too repair. My bike was in bad condition after sitting in the store for a couple months. They gave me a brand new bike and gave me 1 year free service. Great place

Gud variety of sports well i want to replace the badminton Racquet with the help of DM she did it and while purchasing shoes Andrew was gr8 help Kara was very pleasant at check out.
