Bros Convenience and Vape

I’ve been coming here for years as I live in the area. The clerks are kind and efficient. I can always come in and find what I need. Recently came inside to find Monster Energy drink and the owner took the time to help me out and share some funny jokes as I couldn’t find it myself (in plain sight!). I appreciated his sense of humour :)

Probably the best convenience store in town. Convenient location and business hours. Friendly and welcoming staff. A variety of choices for many different types of groceries. In addition, it has had numerous big lottery winners including $70 millions from Lotto Max and $2 millions from Ontario 49. I always buy all of my lottery tickets from here.

Owner was very kind. Had everything that I needed.
Also, recently they opened a vape store beside. Bought 6 vapes from this store, one with defected. Owner was quick to fix this issue.

Under new ownership for the past year. Owners are very polite and nice. The store is also clean and organized.

really nice location for the locals within a walking distance, the owner gentlemen is extremely polite, always gives you a warm smile & thank you, one of the lost art of business that keeps people coming back, used to sell cigs for very cheap idk about now, decent selection of energy drinks & snacks, and the odd trinkets. nice family run business, hope they stick around this location

I heard it’s under new management so maybe I will come back now. They had the best Arizona selection and so many snacks, always for a decent price. The past management was garbage though. One time I forgot my wallet and only had Apple Pay and I needed a lighter. He refused to sell me one without ID. A lighter!!! Lol

Owner (older Asian woman, I assume she's the owner), was probably the most miserable person on earth, April 16th 2020. It was snowing (flurries) for a few min right when I pulled up and when I walked in to get a lottery ticket I said "wow can u believe it's starting to snow?" She stared blankly at me me (with such an annoyed expression like how come my store isn't making more money when in reality a ton of convenience stores aren't banking coin right now. So I repeated what I said and she said "what do you want," and I was like oh god here we go, but I kept my cool and just left. I tried to make small talk to lighten the mood bc I know her store is suffering right now but she wanted none of it as if it's only her store and her personal finances in the dumps right now.

The woman who works here is unpleasantly cold and rude. I used to tolerate it when I dropped by to grab a snack or grab something I needed, but after she told me to "get out of the way" to serve the next customer without even saying a simple "thank you", I will not be going back there again.

Terrible rude people I've known them for about 10 years as an local bussiness and their customer service never improves, they disapprove my kids and treat me with no respect.
