Je devais faire remplacer le ventilateur de mon portable. Sur un simple coup de téléphone, on m'a dit qu'on commanderait la pièce et qu'on m'appellerait dès qu'elle serait arrivée. Elle est arrivée juste avant Noël, je suis passé à ma convenance entre Noël et le Jour de l'an porter mon ordi, et la réparation a été faite le jour même.

Une autre fois : petit problème d'ordi, message courriel pour demander conseil, et réponse complète par courriel le jour même.

Excellent service, pas de tataouinage, bravo et merci!

Ils ont tjrs des super "deals" sur les ordinateurs reconditionnés!
