we pulled off the highway having car troubles on Friday afternoon around 4:00pm in Quebec City. Fortunately we pulled into your Shell and Bruno took care of everything for us. Thank you very much Bruno and Shell for saving our vacation to Quebec City!

Great full service gas station!

C'est rare que je fais un avis sur des stations service mais celle-ci est extraordinaire! Cette station-service offrait le service de pompiste! Il a nettoyé notre vitre arrière et a rempli notre réservoir.

Lucien Bedard a vouer sa vie a shell Canada. Il adorait ses clients, certain fesant un détour pour ce faire servire par Lucien. Il aimait son travail et ses collèges. Shell a été toute sa vie. Il a pris sa retraite il y a environ 2 ans et dimanche le 22novembre 2020 très tôt le matin il est parti dans un monde meilleur. Nous avons perdu un homme formidable et extraordinaire

Les préposés à la pompe sont sympathique et ils méritent un cinq étoiles. (Du tip aussi lol)

Bon service mais très cher

The gas attendant overfilled my gas tank which caused gasoline to spill onto the side of my car. Since he overfilled my gas tank, this damaged the vapor canister valve. The gas attendant kept on pumping gas into my car even though it was already full because he wanted to get it to an even dollar amount. Now I have to take my car to a mechanic and pay $200 to replace the vapor canister valve.

J’ai eu une très mauvaise expérience à cette station service - JAMAIS je n’y retournerai. Mon réservoir à essence étant complètement vide, je me suis arrêtée à cette station (à laquelle je ne vais jamais) pour faire le plein parce que je passais par là. Le pompiste a “mis du gaz” dans ma voiture et m’a chargé le plein montant. Quand je suis repartie toutefois, ma voiture indiquait encore un réservoir COMPLÈTEMENT vide, malgré le fait que je venais de faire le plein! J’ai dû m’arrêter à une autre station 2-3 minutes plus tard pour refaire le plein puisque mon réservoir était coooooomplètement à sec.
