Derek Roberts Country Store

Nice little convenience store next to the gas stop. It has a bit of everything from cold drinks to clothes. Clean washrooms and courteous service compliment this Muskoka decorated store.

We have been stopping here for almost 17 years now. My wife and daughters appreciate the cleanliness of the restrooms.

Great location with a variety of food snacks clothing trinkets souvenirs and household items with something for everyone. Fast friendly service and free parking.

Cool place neat stuff

Nice little convenient shop. It's has gift items... gas station at the corner and farmers market kiosk on summer weekends.. a coffe shop and fries next to it. Good stop for ice cream shop besides it... of course a bit of a price but its ok... I just hope they sell firewood..

Disgusting treatment from the owner DEREK and the female cashier. I was confused as to where to pay inside as there is a little shelter on the other side of the gas station, spent nearly 10 min outside looking around and when I got in the owner and chaser were laughing at me saying it was “hysterical” disgusting no wonder there are so little good reviews already

Price gouging! Twelve pack of small bottled water costs $8! Everything else is also way overpriced the same way. They’ve gone way off the deep end and are gauging unsuspecting patrons.

Not sure how a gas station in Ontario is able to get away with what they’re doing…shameful!

Wow, the guy taking $$ for gas was pretty rude. Your in the service industry Buddy, you should be reminded of how to provide good customer service & not be rude with comments & sighing because we want to pay cash.

I went in here today to pick up a pack of cigarettes. Greeted the cashier with a smile, asked for my pack, and handed her my healthcard, as I know I don’t look of age.

After staring at my ID and then myself multiple times while smirking, she says with an attitude as though she’s caught me doing something wrong “this looks nothing like you”. Doesn’t ask for another form of identification just stands there smirking at me.

This obviously upsets me as I’ve been nothing but kind up to this point. I say ok.... I’ll give you my drivers license. After this she continues being exceptionally rude stating that’s what I should have given her in the first place anyway because apparently my healthcard is not a valid form of identification. Despite the fact that I have used it for almost all cigarette and alcohol purchases in the last year. The LCBO also states that a health card is valid ID so it has never been an issue for me before.

This woman who also claims to be the manager and owner has absolutely terrible customer service and was rude to the lady and her kid in front of me as well. Didn’t even return the lady’s friendly greeting.

Be warned, this woman has a nasty nasty attitude and swore at my fiancé after he asked for the owners number. Take your business elsewhere.

Stopped three times and all 3 they were rude...the grey haired lady has ZERO customer service, they all do!! We will never ever stop there again...over priced and rude!! Wish I could give it a zero star rating!!! 👎
