Only 2 cashier operating when I was there
One cashier had issue with the customer so one cashier was moving

She was friendly and efficient

For the first time, I went there. I was carrying a can. The billing staff member asked me to show my ID card at the billing counter. I didn't know that I should take my ID card with me. I said this is not mine. It is hers ( I pointed at my aunt). She said, "you are carrying the can. So, I want to see your ID to know if you are of legal age to drink."Unfortunately, I didn't have any of my ID cards. I said to her, "I am so sorry." I didn't know that I should bring my ID card with me. She asked my aunt if the can was for her. My aunt said yes. The staff member asked me to bring my ID card with me next time. Thank you for the information.

The Staff were very friendly and were helpful in suggesting a gift wines for Colleges.

This location has one of the widest selections I've seen. They have an entire section with products from East Asia and it's pretty awesome. Good selection of regular and craft beers, huge wine selection, and other spirits including scotch and bourbon (with some rare gems in there).

One of the employee(I forget his name) has very good knowledge on type of liquor, He actually help me with building my home bar. We had a good discussion and I actually got good idea from him as well.

Very clean and always have stock

I went to a few LCBO stores to look for champagne. I came to this store and found what I needed.

I think a manager helped me get my champagne from the office. He was nice, concise and had a sense of urgency. The store was ran well and employees were on point. Transactions were done quickly and the cashier was nice. The store smelled clean (scent of a cleaning solution), the manager was pushing carts and disinfecting them. I was impressed with how the store was operating. Quick and smooth experience at this LCBO.

Very good service easy to find items

Never have I had an experience were an employee goes above and beyond to help me out at lcbo. I was looking for a particular bottle and the cashier aka Adriana was really polite and extremely helpful in assisting me on finding the bottle that was nearly sold out everywhere. Amazing customer service and positive attitude Adriana!

Great store, always have items in stock. Great place to find the latest gift sets or limited editions. The manager is truly the best. Very helpful and knowledgeable in whats spirits and wines pair best with what food. One of the best locations in Scarborough.

Excellent service, selection and location. Very clean environment, positive upbeat staff and many varieties of beverages to choose from. Gift cards, bags and special occasion items are also available. Air Miles can be earned and redeemed here as well. Watch out for there seasonal promotions, monthly sales and complimentary samples.

the best place to get your favourite asian alcohols. Staff are super friendly too :)
