Good customer service. Himanshu & Satinder doing a great job. Both are kind & customer-friendly.

Customer service is lacking with the employees here, they must hate their jobs here in order to be this miserable to their customers, a simple hello and a smile wouldnt cost them anything!!

Circle K staff very rude. His name is Amarjeet or amarpreet. I gave him 50% off coupon and asked about premium and ultimate car wash. This guy told me that “ Do whatever u can do but the old car will not become new after wash”.
Don’t come to this gas station. Only come to Tim Hortons attached to this circle ⭕ K.

If this is a ZERO star, I would definitely choose this for this location store.
First of all CSR is not cooperating, and they don’t care that they come you come here to shop or now!

Second even the manager or store owner does not speak proper English and he does not care to make their customer angry, and tell them in person that do not come to this store.

If you going in at a busy hour, you got question or products you looking for they do not care and would ask you to come in a difference time. If I am at the store already would do we need to come back a different time just to save your time. No customer service at all, it actually give a terrible image about circle k.

From time to time circle k often having promotions, this store is not cooperating with the promotion at all, specially if you won some prize and like to redeem it they would just ask you to leave not friendly to the customer at all, make an impression that the store is not welcoming you to do this here? So why don’t you just operating as a private convenience store instead operating a franchise as Circle K.

To be honest I didn’t have a good impression about circle k since I visit this store.

Extremely rude staff (Amarpreet) was unhelpful when using the coupons provided by circlekgames.ca even went and tried to accuse me of fraud when using them.
What is the point of having this contest when your employees treat you so badly when using them???

People working there even have problems understanding English, and they know nothing about customer service. My friend called them to ask if they have something, they just simply told him “don’t come wedon’t have it” and they hanged up the phone. What a group of rude ppl!!!!!

i like to give them 0 star because their customer service deserves 000 they do not know how to treat customers and what customer service means
