The customer service representative named Michael (long curly hair) was very helpful and informative. I came in to purchase a suit and he was able to provide insight on the different materials and quality of the suit. He also checked in the back room multiple times for sizing and colours. I really enjoyed the shopping experience due to Michael’s help

I had a really good experience with Sara at Calvin Klein in Toronto Premium Outlets. She was super friendly and helpful from the start. Sara helped me pick out a great outfit with her awesome fashion sense. I’d definitely recommend asking for Sara if you’re shopping there. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being helped by Michael, who helped me find a last minute suit for a wedding I have this weekend. I couldn't believe the discount he informed me of it was truly too good to pass up. Extremely happy with his customer service

I always shop at this store location. Yesterday I had one of the best customer service experiences by an employee in the fitting room around 6:30 pm. She made sure I was okay and also made me feel very comfortable in the clothes I had chosen. She also did a size checks for me, and it was an amazing experience. Even though she had a lot of clothes to put away, she made sure I was okay. She also let me know about the promo for the day. She was brown-skinned, had two nose piercings, long hair, and was wearing Vans.

Large variety of items at this location, all well-priced. They have a beautiful light blue collection right now. Will be back!

Always a good experience in this location! Clean, organized and lots of staff to help. Prices are good and I always find some substantial savings on items. Calvin Klein has a nice variety of well made and tailored clothing for both men and women. Get there early to this mall to avoid parking congestion and crowds.
