No ash was a great help when dropping off our large package. I unfortunately didn’t have packing. Tape and of course my printer was giving me issues printing out the label all which he did for me free of charge despite offering to pay for these extras. Great help highly recommend

I feel good when i come to this Chatr store. Specially when Sandeep is there. He helps me everytime whenever i have a problem with my cellphone. I get good service and he makes me smile whenever we meet.

My samsung Note 9 needed a new battery quickly and my  first option was to visit this store because of past experience when it comes on to great products and service. I went there got what I wanted and moved on.  Somehow, there was a slight issue with the new battery and I had to return it. My problem was addressed and rectified leaving me a happy customer once again.. Kudos to the Manager, front clerk and especially the tech support guy Andrew awesome job... Great service, and I can thoroughly recommend them.

I am very happy and satisfied with their customer service. Chatr representative, Bibash was very friendly, polite and convincing. At first i was just thinking to take a 25 dollar plan but he gave me a good deal in 50 dollar with free bluetooth headphone.

Very satisfied with the repair. Nitish and Ali took good care of me. I would highly recommend this place. The screen quality is not like other aftermarket places. It is legit bright and responsive. They also gave me good discount on my case and screen protector.

I went to this store today and Ali's customer service was EXCELLENT! He showed me how to get value for money, without spending more. He also told me about and showed me how to use apps and services that I never knew existed, especially with Chat-r. Great job!

I visited their shop to get my IPhone 89 fixed. They did a great job, it was costly due to the cost of the part and the fact that both the front and back were damaged but they did a good job fixing it on time. The person behind the counter (think was the manager or owner) was nice, professional. I was pleased with the service. Finding a good cell phone repair place is always sketchy but this is a good one.

We went to the store and Ali was working. He managed to save my son’s brand new phone after my son had wedged the SIM card into the slot. He fixed the phone while we waited and showed my son how to insert the SIM card properly. Awesome quick service. We greatly appreciate it.
