The Best Shop

New location for the Best Shop! It's very clean, and pretty spacious.
There is a good variety of makeup and skincare here, compared to other locations.
This location is accessible through First Markham Place mall, or from the parking lot. There are still some empty shelves that need to be stocked.

Customer service before and after was very good, I was looking for a rice cooker, their manager and staff were very informative about each product, they didn't give me pressure to buy it right away but still provided very useful information. Additionally, I went back to do the price adjustment as we noticed the price they charged on credit card is not same as their window display price, their manager (Siu Chen) helped me to address the issue right away and sincerely admitted it was their mistake price on the display, but still given the price that we seen. I would recommend this location and come back again if I need anything.

amazing selection of imports from asia. glad a new location has opened up in this mall/area! certainly not as large as some of their other stores, but inventory is still not bad. 👍

Lots of handy products for daily life. Starting from as small as decorations, all the way to household electronic machines.

Staff members are kind and knowledgeable to variety of products. Great shopping experience overall.

Staffs are very nice and helpful. I went to look for something a few times and asked the staffs to locate where can I found it, they can tell you right away and sometimes they will walk with me too.

Place is clean, but not as huge as the pacific mall location.

Lots of variety of household products and they are inexpensive. Just not sure if some of the home appliances have warranty or not.

Just opened a few weeks now. If you are looking for household items, kitchen ware, appliances, dishware, compuuter & cellphone accessories, womens cosmetics and even portable washing machines.. this is the place that has it and much more. Too much to list here so its better off coming here to see what they offer. They have 2 entrances, 1 from inside First Markham Place mall and 1 from the parking lot outside just beside Oomomo.

Pretty good store! Lots of Asian home items. I really appreciated their Korean face masks. They have a wide selection with a deal of 12 masks for $10 on the day I went. Excellent for gift shopping as their appliances seem fairly priced.

Great shop with huge variety of home/ cosmetic items. Pricing is quite reasonable and shop is clean

The plaza was extremely busy this past Saturday and parking was near impossible to find. However, the experience in store was much better. While it was busy, we had a great shopping experience and were able to find what we came for easily.

Great shop to buy household items at reasonable price. Strongly recommend if you require asian style appliances and household items

Very surprise to see yet another Best Shop and this time in FMP. Every Best Shop store seem to be a little bit different. This one carries a lot of small and big appliances. Little items are not to be found though so got to go to another Best Shop. Prices aren't cheap but the convenience factor is there. There seems to be a lot of elements on sale. Staff were friendly and helpful but I didn't need anything that day. Store was well arranged and clean. They even sell batteries! There is an entrance inside the mall and outside the mall. Parking is a little bit hard to find so park further and walk over.
