Love this place!
Lots of products, especially natural products - oils , soaps, sprays. Love the selection of hair products.
I can always find everything I need - the Shea moisture lines and mane choice lines are always well stocked

I've been to this place a few times and had okay experiences but last week when I went to the store, a young lady helped me and she was awesome. She was so patient and was trying so hard to make sure the extentions I was purchasing matched my hair exactly. She was great, I really appreciated her time and effort.

Great service and products. 🙂 I come from far and this place is a lifesaver. Having hair issues, I really need some different things for volume, but I want to make sure it looks natural. This place has whatever you need. Love it! 🙂

My go to place for all my hair supplies. They have a huge selection of hair products for all different types of hair. From shampoo & conditioners to hair styling products. Heating caps and hair irons. They even have makeup jewellery & hair supplies (combs, brushes, clips, rollers). As well as decent sales advertised & in store deals.

I Love this location of BSW I travel so far to go there. The staff are very nice and always assisting you with your needs. Never experienced an event of me getting disappointed with the product or customer service. Prices on products are a little high but hair is at a manageable price. P.S. shout out to my wig girls for always helping me with my selection!!! 👍

Always well stocked & clean! They’re professional and always have sales going on so you’re able to get good deals. Not black owned but one of the better hair stores in the area.

Customer service was great the girls were pretty helpful, I was searching for virgin hair and I had a variety to choose from at this location. I ended up purchasing the "The bundle" brand and so far the hair is extremely great, absoloutely no shedding and I dyed it to a royal blue colour.

A friend of mine shopped here recently getting hair and accessories for a party. I could not believe the transformation! They really have a wide range and great styles

I love this BSW! Whenever I go there, the shelves are always fully stocked, making shopping easy and quick. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and informative, which is such a relief when you're unsure about an item. As of recently, they've switched to curb-side pick-up due to the latest lockdown, but that hasn't changed the quality of customer service. I was served quickly and will little to no issues with this new shopping-format.
I was helped by Tavene, who took my complicated and long list of items and found everything effortlessly. Another individual named Edward also helped me during this transaction and his costumer service skills were fantastic. Overall, I adore this location, and would always recommend it to a friend or family member!

great prices!!! I have been looking for rubbing alcohol for a project I'm doing in class and i swear BSW beauty is the only place in the GTA that has rubbing alcohol. the staff is super friendly!! 100% would recommend
