All of my favourite shoes come from here. Top notch, "not pushy", cheerful customer service. And they have the best sales!

I had a great experience, and this is the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back. I bought a navy sweater and after washing it, I noticed that there was a pull around the neckline and sent in pics. Colleen gave me the option to keep or donate the sweater and told me they received the same sweater in a different colour and maybe I would be interested. I was and she put a rust coloured aside for me, and it is now my new fav. Thanks SO much! :) You guys are the best!

One of my favourite local businesses in town always super accommodating. And friendly I had the pleasure of dealing with Colleen for curb side pick up and made the mistake of ordering the same items twice and she was happy to refund with no problem. Amazing online shopping experience (from one of my favourite brick and mortar stores)! Items we available quickly (actually dropped off to me at home!!) and when I needed to exchange items because the fit wasn't right, everything was done in less than 24 hours with hardly any effort on my part. You don't get this kind of service from the big box stores - shop local!

Colleen from Crush takes her customer service above and beyond. Despite the turmoil small businesses have been through in this last year and a half Colleen continues to offer a happy and helpful shopping experience. My wife and I always enjoy stopping by Crush.
