Great store. Got my high value item from the back quickly, and with good service during the checkout process. The cashier even got me a box to store my item in and keep it safe. They accepted my coupon that was unadvertised and didn't know existed. 5/5

Deena and the other young lady working in the beauty section are exceptional. They are very warm, welcoming and friendly. Deena gave me a make-up tutorial and it is the best experience I have ever had with a beautician from start to finish. She guided me in a very non-judgmental but yet knowledgeable and confident manner and in the end the finished work was exactly what I wanted!!!

Had a wonderful experience after becoming a little panicked and having to call late (around 9:30 pm) about refilling my prescription and the assistant was very friendly, considerate and helpful. I also had questions about vitamins and she transferred me over to the pharmacist, who I got to very quickly. Great friendly service for 9 pm at night, and was a great relief for my stress. Thank you!

We wanted to click photos and it was late but Alex (assistant manager) was really awesome person. Clicked the picture perfectly and understood our needs . Great customer service received.

I had trouble sourcing an antibiotic that my son needed. The pharmacist here was great in helping me find a solution, where other locations were not. I really appreciated this extra effort/support when I needed it most!

I am a frequent shopper at this location. I have used shoppers since moving to Stittsville. So a number of years.
Customer Service is a very demanding job. Of course Covid19 has certainly added to the everyday stress of such a job.
I would like to congratulate the staff at this store, especially Catherine. She knowledgeable of her customers needs and wants an what this store can provide. Many times I have sen her go out of her way to help customers. Even some of the more challenging clients. I never leave without feeling well looked after.
So kudos to the staff. Thank you for your service Catherine.
To be perfectly clear I do not know any of the staff on a personal level. I am just a satisified customer.

Deanne in pharmacy was a Saint after being at 2 drugs trying to find a medication that is not commonly stocked. This wonderful lady went above and beyond to find it for me. At another shoppers pharmacy. But I would have been driving around ottawa.Now I will keep my prescription with you guys.

Ahmed the pharmacist is a good person, I was in a bit of a fit over the employees there not charging my insurance, but this man calmed me down and fixed it up. Thank you, and my apologies for that
