Clancy's Drug Store

After waiting 2.5 weeks to get a Rx filled from shopper's, I made the switch to Clancy's. I received incredible customer service from Clancy's and am extremely happy to have switched. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff. As well, the store is very clean. Would give more stars if I could.

We transferred to Clancy's Drug Store just over a year ago and have never been happier with the service we have received. They are professional and very thorough and definitelygo above and beyond. Never a problem getting our perscriptions and always are there to answer any questions we have. The preparation of our vacation supply of  medications was done without any problems and was ready on the date we wanted. We can always depend on them and their pharmacy for the excellent customer service.

Clancy's Drug Store is an excellent pharmacy and I would definitely recommend it. This summer I did my co-op placement here for a learning opportunity in partnership with my high school and I was able to see first hand what amazing service they provide. At Clancy's the staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient to help you with all your needs. The Pharmacists, Samantha and Christine, are considerably knowledgeable and get to know you on a more personal level. At Clancy's you are taken care of. Any questions or concerns are immediately answered they make sure that you are comfortable with your medications, doses, and any other problems you may have. Besides the pharmacy, they also have a large variety in their clinical front shop for any of your other needs. Moving myself and my family to Clancy's was one of the best decisions I've made.

I'm so happy I said goodbye to the big chain pharmacy and moved my business to Clancy's. Their service is fantastic, they are very knowledgeable, they take the time to answer questions, and they are always available by phone or email. Very responsive.

So impressed by this place! I've been going to Clancy's 8 months now and I'll never go back to another box store again. Samantha is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and caring pharmacist I've ever come across. She even handles our beloved dog's anti-seizure medications and at fair price which I really appreciate. They also deliver and l often ask for few extras items along with my prescriptions (Advil, soap, vitamins, toothpaste), no problem! I just heard they now have an online ordering system. Looking forward to trying. Their newly renovation store is stunning! I'll never go anywhere else again.

I went to Clancy’s looking for information on my prescriptions. I had difficulty getting the answers I needed from the pharmacy that I was dealing with and the team at Clancy’s had no problem helping me. They helped me out even though I was not a customer with them, and I transferred my file to Clancy’s that day. It is a real pleasure dealing with them. They take the time to answer your questions and make you feel welcome. Unlike the bigger pharmacies were you take a number and wait until your number if called....
My experience here has been very positive and I look forward to dealing with Samantha and her team from now on.

Clancy's is the best pharmacy in Arnprior hands down! In addition to being friendly, the staff are extremely competent and diligent which is important to me. My medications are always done correctly without the errors that I've experienced elsewhere. Samantha (Sam) collaborated with my doctors and helped me achieve a combination and schedule of medications that has significantly improved my overall quality of life. I'm not one for writing reviews but she really deserves this mention. I would recommend anyone wanting a dedicated pharmacist to go see her. Transferring to Clancy's was easier than expected and I've had help with my diabetes (she's a board certified educator), injections and medication reviews ... one stop shopping convenience!

Sam is an incredible pharmacist with a passion for holistic care. I have never met a more thorough pharmacist with such a drive for learning. Her patient care is a perfect combination of kindness and information and is equally influenced by her clinical background in combination with real world knowledge. Chosen to create training footage, Sam is well respected in the pharmaceutical community and has won peer awards for her hard work and demeanor! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I love this pharmacy so much! The customer service goes above and beyond and they will deliver locally for free which is a huge life saver on the days you can’t get out! So happy with this pharmacy. I was really heartbroken to leave my last one when we moved but this whole experience has been fantastic!! Highly recommend
