Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Sales Associate Corey went beyond the call of duty with telling me about phone plans to helping me sort out and adding accessories to my phone when an issue occurred with my previous service provider. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone in Sydney.

Greg & his incredible staff have been absolutely phenomenal to deal with. I’ve bought more laptops, xboxs, tvs and play stations then I can count from this store with an incredible experience every single time. On top of the wonderful products they’ve sold me in store they have also sold me 11 cell phones with a plan on each and have provided me with the best rates imaginable. Everytime I work in this store I get greeted with a smile and am lucky to know all of the staff on a first name basis. Whether your looking for new upcoming tech, new cellphone, new internet (because they do that too)! Or whatever else you need I highly recommend visiting The Source Sydney!

I have never had an unpleasant experience in this store! From looking for gifts for my daughter, to swapping things out with warranty. Greg and his team are always super helpful and talk to you and invite you in as soon as they see you! Such a positive attitude from everyone makes a great shopping experience. This is the only place I’ll go for my electronics!! Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and the staff member Colin was extremely helpful and enthusiastic about finding me exactly what I needed!! Great service, great warranties, and always a friendly atmosphere when I shop there.

Astle was the first to greet us and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! He helped us find what we needed and if they didn’t have it in the store he recommended where we can easily find it nearby. My husband and I went to The Source at the Mayflower Mall and we were looking to upgrade our iPhone. Your Sales Associate, Colin Power waited on us. This gentleman presented some options and explained completely the differences and costs associated. He listened to what we wanted and he suggested the iPhone we did purchase. He was very informative, courteous and took us step by step through the procedure, because of this we will highly recommend to our friends and family The Source and your Sales Associate, Mr Power. I had a great experience at the source in the mayflower mall, all of the staff was extremely welcoming and a gentleman by the name of Austin helped me get all set up for a new phone. He explained all the different plans and was not forceful on anything. He was a tremendous help and I would recommend anyone going into the source to ask for Austin. He was a 10/10 and made my experience easy with his helpful advice.

I have to share the best experience that I have had ever had at any electronics store. My partner recently bought me a computer for my birthday. It had an issue and I thought that I lost my files. Because it had not been 30 days, they were able to replace it for me. Now... I was a bit stressed that some important files were lost....BUT... two wonderful associates were determimed to hp me. They actually were able to retrieve my most important files. I cannot thank them enough. I also think they are fabulous and represent your company so well. Because of this, they deserve recognition. I will only buy electronics from The Source in the future due to this wonderful experience. Thank you Colin P and Jeanie H! You two are amazing!

I've been waited on by both the manager, Greg and an associate, Jakob, on separate occasions. They were both wonderful, very friendly and informative. The shopping experience is much more personal than that of other electronics stores and that is the reason your mayflower mall location will be my first stop from now on for any electronics needs. Greg and the gang at The Source in the Mayflower Mall are the best bunch of people. It is always welcoming to go in since he started managing this location. They are super friendly and super helpful with any techy things you need. Highly recommend.

The service I received was impeccable. I have been looking for a great deal on phones and service for awhile and Colin was able to not only help me get a great deal but also set it to below my budget. Greg and Colin were also fantastic when there were a few hiccups. Unbelievable service. I would recommend anyone to see Colin or Greg any time.

Super helpful, Jeanie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) helped me and they were wonderful! Made the process of upgrading my phone easy and also made me - someone who is socially awkward as heck - feel comfortable chatting and waiting for updates.

Fighting off hordes of zombie ninjas, I backflipped in to the store anticipating my next death defying adventure complete with laser cats, t-rexes and explosions, but boy, was I wrong! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and not ONCE did they try to kill me. Picard transported me down the tv I bought the previous day and I had no issue returning it for another. Yes, I had a problem and they did everything they could to make it right. I ended up with an upgrade (which I happily paid a bit more for) and still no attempts on my life. AWESOME. Highly recommend.

Best Service goes out to this store location!!! Not just one specific worker, but all the workers at this location has amazing customer service. They treat all their customers with respect & they know their stuff!!! Wish all stores had such great service!!!

I went in to do a switch onban xbox controller through the amazing warranty program! There were none in stock at the time, but they promptly called me as soon as they got one (either later that day or the next day, I dont remember exactly.)

Highly recommend the source! I would recommend getting warranty with every purchase, so easy to exchange something if something were to go wrong ! Never a bad experience when buying anything at this store !
