I am a regular customer at this location and every time I am provided with superb service. Monali recommend me a product for my energy levels and I truly feel more energized. I was also assisted by Urwah who took the time to walk me to each product that I was looking for in the grocery side of the store. Both ladies had helped me with a smile on their faces, amazing customer service!!!

I love shopping here! All the staff are super friendly and helpful. I went on a Saturday and all the floor workers were quick to my needs and provided me with good advice. The cashiers were super friendly, nutritionists were super helpful and others on the floor were just straight up awesome! I love this store and all the stuff. I have been buying my vitamins, protein powder, skin care, groceries etc at Healthy planet in-store and online for many years. The prices are okay but better when on promotion. The staff is very helpful, the store is easy to get around to find what you need.

I had an great experience at Healthy Planet thanks to Praageeth, an outstanding employee who provided top-notch assistance. Not only did he introduce me to a new type of electrolyte supplement (Organika) I never knew about, he also recommend an ashwagandha supplement for my sleep issues, helped me find the perfect potassium, vitamin K2-MK7, and lions mane supplements. Praageeth's expertise and dedication made my visit truly exceptional, and I am incredibly grateful for his assistance in finding the supplements I needed.

This Markham location used to be my go-to grocery store when I lived near the area. The store is always well-stocked, clean, and welcoming. All the staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. I went there the other day and Peter helped me with a lot of questions I had about nutrients and protein powders. Carmen working at the cashier was super helpful and friendly too. Will definitely come back for another visit whenever I am near the area

I visited Healthy Planet for the first time just last week and returned this week. It is an amazing store, so clean and organized, amazing variety with such friendly staff. I am so excited to start my health journey. One of the supervisors there, Shaheer, is an absolutely wonderful human being. I personally saw him deal with such a rude and aggressive individual with such poise and politeness then he helped me right after so cheerfully as if nothing had happened. It is a rare thing to see such level of customer service. I am going to tell my entire family about Healthy Planet and I will definitely be returning to this location!

I've been more than satisfied with every visit at this location! The store manager (Fahad) is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. On more than one occasion have I asked his advice on garlic supplements, and every time, his service exceeded my expectations: I've asked countless professionals about garlic and its unique benefits for me, but Fahad's patient words taught me many important things that nobody else had told me before. At this rate, I wouldn't be surprised if one day he finds the cure for cancer ;)

All the staff at this Healthy Planet store are very “real” people who serve me with utmost courtesy and thoroughness! They know their products and it’s obvious their attitude comes through from the quality management of Fahd.

First time purchasing supplements from healthy planet and all I can say is my experience was great. I was having some trouble finding a specific protein and BCAA, but without even asking, one of the workers named Usman approached me and helped me find my items. He was very friendly and knowledgable as well. Definitely recommend this place!

Probably the best healthy planet and Markham super friendly staff. There was a lady working Close to cash register area and we found her very helpful and knowledgable also there was another gentleman in the name of Peter he was super friendly helpful and knowledgable as well we are thankful for the Service you provide to your customers. Although my order was pretty big but the stuff at this location were really patient with me finding everything. The store is super organized and And seems that they have all the COVID-19 protocols in place.. this location is very safe and clean place to shop during these sensitive times. I highly recommend shopping at this location.
