I bought 2 phones, 2- 14 pro max and got an amazing service by the store manager- Harsh. He showed and explained me everything about the phone and helped me to finish all the process.

She really went above and beyond accommodating our wants and needs and was able to get us the best possible plan among other retail stores. She was friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I've had the recent experience of buying 2 iphone 14 plus at this branch. it was a great experience overall and all is about “Akram” and “Harsh”.
Akram was exceptionally helpful and extremely nice and I strongly recommend him to anyone. In addition to being nice, he is also knowledgable and fast-paced, these make him outstanding. and Harsh also gave us a great support.

Was there on Dec 31 to sign up my wife for a new cell phone plan and my in-laws for new internet service. Harsh took his time to explain to me all the options that were available in detail. Phenomenal customer service. I would rate him 10 stars if there was the option.

I just moved to Canada and one of the first things on my to-do list was to purchase a SIM card. I visited The Source, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Akram. I must say that his service was exceptional.

After the purchase he also took the time to make sure that everything was working perfectly. He even provided me with information about a very good home internet plan and convinced me to purchase it too. I left the store feeling very satisfied with my purchase.

I recently got two new phones from this store along with their phone plans and am extremely happy with the service. I was helped by Amisha and Darshan who had great product knowledgeable and were very professional throughout the whole process. A week prior to getting my phones, I was assisted by Amisha in finding an Apple Watch that was suitable for my needs and that was when Harsh, the store manager offered these awesome phones plans. After giving it some thought, I went back the next week knowing well that offers change all the time. They were able to find me plans similar to the ones offered before. Its a shame that I can only give this review a 5 star cause this was a 10/10 service that I received today at this location. Came in to buy a new headset and had the pleasure of being helped by Gabisan. He was very polite, respectful, and informative, also was kind enough to make small talk while setting up my extended warranty. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

I just bought my Iphone 14 at this place and I've experience a wonderful service from the shop, specifically from Gabisan, he has helped me to get the phone that I want and deliver a great customer service. So I bought my phone on a lease for two years with a student offer and Gabisan really go above and beyond for his customer, he got me a really sweet deal and even support me with his best after I already got my device.
