Love the friendly staff and free gift wrapping. It's so cute how they have little colouring station and lego station around! We went to get her free birthday toy which was about $7 worth, a SKYE paw patrol figure and two gifts.

I went in to pick up an online order and ended up picking up two additional books. It’s a great place for educational toys and books for kids! Plus, the staff were really helpful!

I rarely shopped here because they tend to be more expensive compare to other big box retails. But I did drop by today as I couldn't find any Pokemon trading card pack anywhere, and Mastermind does sell them at a very reasonable price. I actually enjoyed shopping around there today, everything is displayed and sorted out neatly. Inside is bright and clean. Staffs are very friendly. Will definitely go again.

Great place to work for someone looking for part-time jobs. Ideal for high school students but there aren't any benefits when I last worked there. Maybe only for the managers and supervisors. Aside from that I highly recommend going for this job if you don't mind working with customers from time to time and cashing them out.

Very family oriented friendly experience on Friday when we visited. My kids always prefer to shop and browse at Mastermind toys instead of toysrus across the street. And thank you for the lovechild treats they enjoyed it a lot on the way home

It was my first time shopping here. Had to order on line for curb side pickup. I had a few questions so called the store. I spoke with Brandon who was so friendly and was helpful with ALL my many questions he really made my experience that more special. After I placed the order I changed my mind and wanted a different version of the toy. I had no issue canceling the first order (again I spoke to Brandon about this). The next day I went and picked up the toy. I called the store to let them know I was there, the lady asked her security questions and I asked her about another product which she went and looked for and lucky enough there was one left. So I purchased that right at curb side. My experience was fast and easy and the staff was great.

I wish I received the names of the girls working tonight, but they were very helpful! I normally dont ask for help, but when I cashed out my first 4 items, I started asking about other things that I'm looking for. They both had very prompt responses and knew exactly where to find the items! I appreciated their help and will definitely go back to this location when I need something!

Excellent selection and service. Not the lowest priced place to get toys but the service is the exceptional. Whether as a gift or for your own kid, the staff are knowledgeable about the different toys suitable for different ages.

Mastermind is a great store, lots of interesting toys and games for kids. Perfect for picking up a science kit, craft or game that will keep your children entertained. The staff are very helpful & will get you that perfect gift for your child. Highly recommended.

For those who want something different in terms of toys for your kids, check this place out. They have the usual Lego etc that you may find at toys r us but, they also have a huge selection of real education toys that make kids think and be creative. I love their science section and the puzzles. Much more than a standard toy one can get elsewhere but which the kids forget about after 2 seconds of playing.

Great service and super friendly staff. Went in and bought a pixie stick and the cashier laughed, asking me if this was my sugar fix. Wide variety of games and toys - have lots of interesting stuff .. Different from Toys R Us, but less variety.

I love Mastermind. Some excellent thinking toys for children of all ages. I have purchased many things here happily. Now that the process are a bit higher so if you are on a budget shop around first or look online as you would with any other product. However, Mastermind is well stocked and usually had what you need in a hurry. Very helpful staff at this location. Well lit and clean.

I was there the other day to buy a toy For 2 year old nephew, and I asked a very lovely employee there her name I believe was Sadaf. She was very helpful and friendly, she recommended me a lot of good toys to get for my nephew and provided excellent customer service. She went outta her way to get me exactly what I was looking for which was the avengers logo set which was gladly appricated! Employee should be appreciated by the way she works. Most definitely will come back here to shop again.

Incredibly friendly and helpful service, and a huge selection of quality toys. One of the few toy stores I feel comfortable walking in to with my kids and knowing that anything they choose in the store will be in some way educational/creative/well made...
