Honestly amazing experience and Judy the office manager is extremely helpful, attentive, bright and provided a delightful experience. I have bought from c&v before and never had issues. Today was no different. I got a few appliances and Judy took the time with me to figure out my situation so that I could pick the best fitting machines specifically for my situation. She is very patient person.

C & V to the rescue again!! We’ve been buying appliances from this company for over 13 years now and this time we needed a stove….fast!
They guarantee satisfaction with the appliances they deliver, and if something isn’t working right, they stand by their word!
The staff were super helpful finding the right stove for our needs (at a great price), and we live several hours from our rental property, so we had to do everything over the phone and email, so really appreciate the great service!
If you can’t afford brand new, but want reliable appliances, this is the place to shop!

Fair variety of choices, bought a laundry centre for my basement (stackable washer/ dryer). The in-store staff was friendly and helpful. They delivery staff were awesome, they came the very next day, removed the old machines and installed the new machine. The delivery staff were efficient and careful. I spent less than half of what it would’ve cost me in store and they give 1 year warranty for parts and labour. So glad my mother recommended them! Would highly recommend to others !!!

Me and my family have been buying from C&V for more than 25 years. We never had any problem with their appliances. They give a one year warranty, and it lasts for years.

Only this time l had a problem with the laundry center. They sent the technician a couple of times. But I wasn't satisfied, so they helped me exchange another set of laundry.

Teressa was very helpful and polite. She knows how to run a business. She is an asset to the company.

Everyone at C & V appliances is very helpful and guides the customers with their honest opinion.

The best part I like about them is that they write the date and the year of their delivery behind the appliances. In this way, we don't have to save our receipts.

I bought the same model of laundry unit that I owned. Mike finalised the price, delivered in two days and also took in my old unit.

I am shocked at the reviews I just read about C&V and have to share a COMPLETELY different experience. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, have bought several appliances from them. I have experienced excellent customer service and follow through. They have even gone out of their way to send me photos of items, and put a hold on them before I drive to their store. Their prices are unbeatable and they stand behind their products. When I had to get an appliance serviced, they came right away, and even changed the swing opening on my fridge door (not from their store) for an excellent price. I will continue to be a happy customer.

I bought couple of appliances last year. However, one of Refrigerator which I bought from them started giving problems after couple of weeks. They were able to send their technician as and when the problem was there. They have great technician .Harlod and Dev came few times and rectified the problem but their was some inherent problem. I requested the Manager Theresa to replace the refrigerator She was kind enough to get the replacement done with one of the top brands. We quite happy with their services. They truly stand behind their products and their rates are also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place

The reviews were a little intimidating and I was cautious in my purchase. my visit to the store was amazing from day one. I did visit the store a few times before I decided to buy a Bottom Freezer Fridge. Service was amazing , delivery was amazing, all staff were kind and treat you like family. My fridge works perfect with no problems for 4 months now. I wanted to make sure people see my review and I would highly recommend C & V to my friends and family.

I have dealt with C&V several times over the years, and I have never been disappointed. This week, I called on Monday looking for a washer and dryer set. Got pictures, made a deal, and paid by credit card. On Weds they confirmed delivery for late morning, the delivery team called about 20 minutes before arrival to confirm my availability, and they connected and tested both units before departure.

Everone was polite and pleasant and professional.

I was just looking for this company's info as I bought a dryer last year and also need a fridge and stove now. I recall least year we had a minor issue with our dryer and that they were very helpful about it - it was not any fault of theirs, either. They also moved another large dryer of ours to the basement at no additional cost, too. Our experience was excellent, the dryer still works like brand new and I won't hesitate to go back next week for a refrigerator.

I purchased a washer from them back at the end of January. The washer worked great up until Sat night when it stopped working. I called them first thing Monday morning and the machine was fixed under warranty with no questions asked. Just want to thank the staff for being so professional with everything going on.

Have been a loyal customer for years and have bought a variety of appliances for my own home and my rental properties from them. The prices are good and the delivery and follow-up excellent. Had a chance to call them today for a repair on an appliance that was not purchased from them. Was advised that they did not have their technicians available to do the call as they were quite busy but thoughtfully referred me to a repair person in my area who would be able to help. CV Appliances has always come through for me.......

Bought a washer from C&V and price was very good customer service was great don't understand the bad reviews my washer didn't start at first but they came and fixed it the next day it was just a broken wire probably from delivery that dose happen people give them a chance. I was very happy with the service

Great little business . Bought fridge and stove last week . I am super happy with it , the lady who helped me (Theresa) was so friendly and knowledgeable and the delivery men were fast and efficient . Two thumbs way up ! :)

I went to buy a laundry centre from them. They suggested me to get existing washer repaired ,provided details of the technician. Also guided about spare parts shopping. Excellent people. hard to find in today's world. God bless them all. Will never ever go anywhere else for all my future appliances needs during lifetime
