Came here to do my first book signing and the staff was wonderful. They were super helpful and made things so smooth for me. Truly happy with their service and was able to buy something after the event. Definitely coming back to this location.

There are lots of toys and gifts beside books in here, I don’t feel bored to shop with friends who love reading books, I can look at other stuff at the same time.
Place is nice and clean, very organized

Called ahead to confirm the book was in stock. Got a coffee at the Starbucks inside, picked up my book at checkout and was on my way. Nice store to visit.

My kid loves the activities over there , the atmosphere was very friendly.

Staff is always nice and helpful. The store is spacious, very organised and have sufficient items. Kids also loves hanging around while I am busy shopping. This is always my to-go place when looking for bday presents and books.

This is a great Chapters. The staff are friendly and the selection for young readers are great (ages 7-12). The store is always neat and tidy. Sadly the Starbuck is no longer available and neither is the computer station for when you want to look up books and their locations. Still a great location!

Always the best place to shop for books. Lots of great choices and lovely ambience.

My favorite book store - maybe the only bookstore I love exploring. The employees are nice and welcoming, there's lots of book sections to explore and some home accessories too.

Mr Kim is kind and gives practical recommendations/care. So glad I found this vet.

Always have great stuff on sale!

Great store, so large and it has anything you'd need. It has a huge variety of books, a childrens sections that sells books and toys, a big section with random goods like mugs, notebooks, etc. It also has a Starbucks which isn't currently open. Great place to spend time.

Love being able to shop in store again! The store is very spacious and well maintained. I was able to find everything I was looking for & the employees were very nice. Only thing was that finding the poetry section was kind of challenging. Other than that it was nice being able to get some new books!

First time visiting and what a great store! Huge collection of books, toys, baby wear, home goods and winter apparel. Great sales in at the moment too. Their winter scarves were half price and are so soft. Good chance to get beautiful Christmas cards for 70% off at the moment too. I loved this store.

Great collection of books and journals, it’s pretty huge and have good discounts section…high end quality of stuff besides books and stationery too…loved it!

They really have their wits about them when it comes to covid. Really great explanation as you enter the store of what to do.

And the customer service was amazing. An extremely helpful staff that are also quite joyful. Actually, one staffer works full-time elsewhere but does this job for the fun of it.

I had a small hiccup when it came to my plum points, but the staff took me thru it step-by-step.

The atmosphere there is wonderful. The feeling when you enter- you'll never want to leave-I promise. Everything is so amazing. The staff, the books, the whole place just makes you at ease. The staff that work there are so friendly, and it's obvious they are passionate about want they do. I love that there's a Starbucks right beside it. Nothing is better than curling up with a good book and a cup of coffee. The store really has everything I'll want. The decor and notebooks they sell are very aesthetic. Love love love.

Just picked up online order. Fastest and easiest than all my online orders ever. The item was out of stock and only available at a few locations, showing only 1 in stock. I ordered from the first 2 locations and both returned out of stock. This location showing 1 in stock and actually had it. It was ready withing hours of ordering and pickup was less than 5 minutes... amazing. The store is clean and tidy... probably because it's deserted. It was late afternoon and I didn't see any other customer.

Excellent service. There's other closer to me. But the one by my work woodbine and 7.they go out of their way to assist you

This location has a very easy to navigate layout, with different sections all really visible wherever you are in the store. Great selection of Science fiction and fantasy especially, in addition to a surprisingly large manga and graphic novel section!

Went to return something I bought online. Greeter reminds people to sanitize hands and wear mask. They taped off the computers use to search for items, so no one is too close. Staff polite and helpful. Starbucks I think was closed, I didn't smell coffee. Also had a quick peak at kids section. Alot of great crafty stuff.
