JD Sports Fairview Mall

Unfortunately with my schedule being busy I was over due to return a Christmas gift which I take full accountability for. It was bought at the JD sports Fairview. The first gentle to help us came off to be annoyed with slight attitude as I personally was not trying to be difficult, just wanted some help. With that being said he was able to get one of the manager’s named Riley who did explained matters and tried to help out, due to it being out of his control. Tanaca came and helped being super understanding, and explaining herself as this is a one time thing which I do genuinely understand as the time has passed. She was able to find the locations that had the shoes and provided me with store credit !

this store does NOT deserve the reviews it has. i went to the sheppard location about a week ago for a bigger return and it was done quick and seamlessly. it was very refreshing to get service where you are treated like a person (not just a hi and bye.) i ended up walking out purchasing more than i had returned because the service there was worth buying more. Aisha did an amazing job making my visit efficient while offering me help and checking the system for sizing. Issac was also amazing with the way he knows the store. both employees making my visit worth the drive. The store is clean and everyone is on their toes. 10/10.

Just had such a good experience calling Fairview store. Asked Ayesha probably 5 different things and she was so patient to go and look in the Fairview store plus even look through the inventory at different locations for an item from the website. I’ll for sure be going through with my online order and shopping at JDs again. My son who is 13 also told me how patient and kind the staff are each time he’s gone in store to shop. Keep up the great customer service!

Called JD sports to check the availability of a pair of shoes and I am pleasantly surprised by the sales person who attended the call. Jade you are amazing!!!
Not only they checked the availability in the store, they even called the other store to check the availability and put the shoes on hold for me. I witnessed this level of customer service after years. Please keep it up!!

I had bought a pair of satin Jordan 1s around Christmas time hoping to wear them at all of my holiday events. The thing with satin shoes is you do not want to wear them in any type of weather condition! I basically kept them on ice and did not touch them at all. Once the holiday season passed I realized I will probably never wear these and decided to return them. The manager who actually was the one that sold me the shoes a couple months back was so sweet and understanding and allowed me to return the shoes for a GC even though I was well beyond the 30 days and also did not have my receipt. I love this store and will also stop by when I am at fairview mall!

I was trying to find a pair of shoes for a family member and an employee named Taeshawn was very helpful in assisting me. Out of all the JD stores I have visited, Taeshawn's customer service stands out as the most friendly and attentive. Thank you for your exceptional assistance!

I stopped in this store looking for a new jacket and some shirts and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager Jaid was able to answer the questions l had and l left a happy customer and will return.

Jaid was great at cashing me out she executed fast customer service and brought me out the shoes in less than a minute it was quick. Great customer service overall !!
