Indigo - Brampton

I called today to put a book on hold I really wanted. The Internet said 2 were left. The staff was able to confirm they do have it in stock which means the inventory is accurate, amazing, secondly the staff also put the book on hold for me and I purchased it hassle free and all I had to mention was my name.
The cashier that helped me was also pleasant to deal with. Thank you for being a step up from online purchasing and providing me with a more personal touch. I cannot wait to start my new book - Mass Effect The complete comic! Keep up the fantastic service.

This indigo location isn’t too busy, they have many organizational items, books, self care diaries, stationary items. They also have a section for children,clothes, items for child care. There’s a cafe area to sit and drink coffee, and enjoy a book.

Great bookstore that has grown into a store that I love. Interesting books for all ages and love that get carry attractive gift items for almost any occasion. And with Starbucks in the store, you can sit with a warm or cold beverage and enjoy a great book.

Nice big store with lots of seating. Washrooms could be a bit cleaner and more attention paid to wiping down tables at the star bucks. But employees are nice and the books are organized.

Nicelyl laid out store with very helpful staff. If you have trouble locating a book, just ask a staff member and they will take the time to locate it and also give you some suggestions on similar reading material. I wish the store was larger, as I could easily spend a few hours browsing new and exciting books for purchase.

Great location they always have what I need in stock- there’s a large kids section with lots of great kids items. Great selection in general!

Very big and spacious with a wide variety of books. The employees there are also very nice and helpful.

This is by far the best Indigo store I have shopped at! The customer service was beyond 10/10 and I would highly recommend people going to this location for all their book shopping needs. I wanna give a special shoutout to Nathan, Shieann, and the Manager Rob for making my shopping experience at their store so wonderful!

The store is beautiful and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for - some books and a little girl's birthday gift.

I really enjoy my trips to this Chapters location. The books are well organized, although their stock could be better. Sometimes, when I got for a book that says 2 in stock but they don't have any. Otherwise, everything else in this store is a treat. The staff are kind and helpful. The children's section is also fun and kept well, consistently tidied. Their sales sections also have good merchandise.

If you’re all hopped-up about books this Winter season like I am, then Indigo/Chapters is your dream come true! With millions of titles and wide selections to choose from, you’re bound to get hooked! I’m totally addicted and purchase tons of books yearly for my family here. There’s something for everyone and even makes gift giving so easy! Nothing like curling up with a great book on a cold day or in front of a fire place on winter evenings. I enjoy loosening up my soul and getting carried away, even if only just for a little while, indulging in my favourite read of the moment.

Got a few clearance items, b4 that its a bit pricey when you can find cheaper prices at Walmart,depends what your looking for.
I like walking around in thier. The kids/ baby clearance area is okay. Candles are always nice.

They have lovely gift items and they do wrap for you.

The employees here are very charismatic and fun to talk to. I had a nice individual point me in the direction of many fantasy novels when I gave her very little to go off of in terms of preference. I ended up picking up a couple of her recommendations and I very much am enjoying them so far. I cannot remember her name, but I appreciate her help.

Whether you're there to browse or looking for something specific, I high recommend stopping by to at least meet this kind staff. I most definitely will be coming back.

I love Indigo. I can see their nice selection of book and then pick the best one for me. You can't do that online. I bought an excellent Costa Rica travel book from Frommer's.
