Great store. Specifically the man who works in the meat department (not sure what his name is) but older gentleman probably a manager or something is always the most helpful! Very appreciated!

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. It is slightly more expensive than some grocery stores, but there meat, produce, fish and deli counters, and bakery are all excellent quality. Plus, there is a section for clothing as well as a fresh and potted flowers

A great set of employees and the new greeters are the cherry on top. Always cheerful!!!!

They have beautiful flower bouquets, the women who work in the flower department are very nice.

THANK YOU , finally I found a place in Ontario who have the traditional tomato pizza, and the people who work over there are happy to work, and super polite, I will be back for sure.

Good place to shop BUT their self-checkout was sooooooooo frustrating!!

Found everything I was looking for plus extras as they had some good sales. There was lots of staff around for questions and I didn't have to wait for a self check out.

The till area was clean and someone was there to help if needed.

Came to the seafood counter and was served by Jody who was fantastic!!! I’m from out of town but moving forward I will be sure to head into Zerhs Woodstock location for all my seafood and butcher needs. Thanks Jody for your superb customer service! This type of service isn’t seen very often! Happy holidays

Good shopping experience. The manager, Chris was very helpful and is easily approachable. The cashier, Kajal, whose services I had the pleasure in receiving, was very friendly and calming (not to mention very good at the job). I even left a couple bags of groceries and the (HR?) lady who answered my phone call, Cindy, was also incredibly helpful, very polite and even had my lost bags found and delivered (FREE OF CHARGE) by yet ANOTHER wonderful lady.
..I unfortunately never got her name but she seemed quite nice also.

I purchased whole chickens for .99 cents a lb

Usually shop at the Tillsonburg location but I was in Woodstock so I did my shopping here. Absolutely love the store. Very clean, well organized and well stocked. Quality meat and produce. Will do my shopping here when I need to go into Woodstock

Great place to shop, prices may seem higher but the quality is fantastic and when it all boils down it's comparable price wise to other major food retailers ... Plus you can score of points 😜

Lauri (Assistant Manager) and Christina L are awesome! I had a serious problem with money not being refunded to me from the PC Express program and they solved it. The customer service line was no help, but when I went into the store to speak to someone these two women were incredible. They listened to my issue, offered some solutions and said that if it still didn’t get solved they would fix it in store. I ended up having to go back to the store for a solution and they were happy to help, and apologized even though they were not responsible for the initial complaint. I was ready to cancel my PC membership and go elsewhere, but now my loyalty is with this particular store.

Great grocery store with lots of variety.

I use the PC express every week in Woodstock and I’m have to say that I give a five star for these people. The service is excellent, a phone call before your pick up time with any substitutions and also a list of your ordered items. Please continue this service it is wonder

Clean loved that they have sales I liked how I wish their fried chicken can be more affordable or more discounts or on sale good fruits and veggies fast paying system

Good store. Selection is good. Nice big parking lot. Friendly & efficient service. I like that they are not Covid tyrants as this location as I had to take my mask off for a minute to clean my glasses as I wasn't wearing my contact lenses that day. Kudos.

I enjoy shoping in Zehrs .I shop mostly in Joe fresh for my 3 yr old daughter . But when they have good deals on food then I buy my groceries there
