On The Run - Convenience Store

Went in here for a coffee yesterday evening (Nov 22 2018) during rush hour at approximately 7 pm. There was one employee working and it was the cleanest gas station I've ever been into. Floor was mopped, bathroom was spotless, counters were clean, coffee was hot; it was a breath of fresh air. Respect to the guy who was workin, he was doing his job well.

It clearly says 24 hours, on the store and on line. I walk all the way here at 1145 and there’s a dude just standing in there, all the lights on, buddys in uniform, and I try the door and its locked. I knock he ignores me. I wait a few mins and knock harder. Motions that they are closed and I say “it says 24 hours?” And he shrugs. It’s not the end of the world but maybe put up a sign or change your hours or something. It was just kinda of inconvenient

Canceled my order online can't even put together 2 bottles of pop and a bag of ICE pathetic.

Very rude customer service specially the person working today at 7:00 am at imperial gas station. Horrible customer service
