Service was great. I got a new faucet cartridge which could not be found at other stores. Staff is very friendly and patient to answer customers' enquiries. I have never seen so friendly customer service since I immigrated to Canada. Great experience!

Excellent Customer Service, Advice & Prices compared to big box stores. I was looking for rough-In Valve for my basement washroom.
Anton helped me with great advice and comparison between Delta, Moen & Rio Bel.
Patiently listened & answered all my queries and doubts.
They mainly deal with major builders as a wholesaler, but also cater to walk-in customers so well.
Would highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

Service was absolutely excellent. I'm not that experienced with plumbing, but I'm super happy with the support I received and the friendly and prompt service. This store is now my go to for all plumbing related issues. They've even been helping me with issues I have that require ordering directly from the manufacturer, where they won't make a penny. Just a fantastic customer experience.

Great service! My new faucet needed a lot of additional parts to be installed properly and when I brought the faucet with me to the store, he patiently listened and helped me find everything we needed! He was very knowledgeable and explained things very well.

I needed a Moen cartridge for a shower that broke over the weekend. The water just kept flowing and I had to shut off the water supply in the entire house. I was worried whether I'd be able to get a part quickly due to covid closures.

Called this store on Monday morning. Spoke with Marco who was super friendly and helpful. Came in two hours later and got the part under warranty. Marco came outside and gave me the part, while maintaining social distance. A+++++ service, highly recommend!!

Great store with great advice. Usually has products as good or better than big box stores like Home Depot. Some stuff has crazy prices as well, but they cater to markets that also wouldn't go to big box stores either, so it's all relative.

Had a difficult time finding a faucet part for over two months at other places. Marco provided excellent service in that he found the part and arranged to have it delivered the next day. Would highly recommend them. Many thanks, Gen

I've been going to Powell Plumbing for years (20 years). Whenever we have a plumbing issue or need parts I have headed into Powell. They always have extremely knowledgeable staff - ready to help problem solve and figure out the parts you need. I was worried recently because our shower temperature control wasn't working properly but I couldn't remember the brand of our gauge. I wanted to avoid replacing the whole unit at all costs because this would mean replacing the shower tile which would be a big job and a major reno. I called Powell and without having to go in, they helped me quickly figure out what part I needed! Not only that but rather than sell me the part - they directed me how to obtain the part easily and cost free through the warranty! I'm extremely appreciative of their help.
