Anyone who is giving a one star or two star, doesn’t know what they’re talking about, why do you have to be greeted when you walk into the store?, Why do you guys have to be treated with so much respect just go and get what you want go out, he doesn’t need to say hello to you, he doesn’t need to give you the time of day, both the men that work there are awesome I go here often, why do you guys have to care about being greeted when you go in, stop being so prissy and just go get your stuff, as I said, both of the people who work here are amazing people, and there’s nothing wrong with them, they’re just doing their job

i honestly don't care if they are rude like everyone else is saying, I just want imported drinks and candy. that is exactly what they give me for decent prices.

DON'T GO THERE IN THE AFTERNOON - the thin man with eyeglasses is REALLY RUDE. Single word "YES" "NO" answers, keep staring at you like Freddy Kruger!! The other guy without eyeglasses is usually around in the morning, he is nice and polite and always chats with regular customers.

I hope I can give 0 star for this place.

I don’t know if you’re one of the owners from this store.
This is not about why he has to greet to you.
He opens this store and provides services to community.
I can tell he hates his job. He’s extremely rude to his clients.
We visited this store while he was hanging around and doing nothing. He walked extremely slow after he noticed there’s client at counter. it seems like I’m begging for his attention.
Those ppl gave one star because he only deserves one star.
He should be happy there’s no zero star option.

Terrible experience. Person who was working at the time accused me that my ID was not me and in fact was someone he knew....?!?!? After insisting that i was someone he knew that wasnt of age he refused to give me my ID back until i demanded it back. I had my health card, credit card, debit card, outdoors license and past university ID' with everything in my name and still insisted i wasnt the person in my ID. Overall, awful experience and the person seemed to lack any common sense whatsoever.

This is a 0 star business if I could post without giving it even 1 star. The worst people to deal with - rude and no customer service! Came to pick up a package left by a courier and I felt like I had to beg for my own package with the worst attitude from the 2 men in the store. The only 2 five star reviews of this place has to be the 2 men from that store, because clearly everyone else is having the worst experience ever at this place!

On loomis express official website they said package can be dropped off here, the man in the shop told me a single word: No!!!!
