My experience at this store today 17th November was horrible. I left the store very mad and disappointed. I bought 8 leggings from this store 2weeks ago, happy with my purchase and went on a trip to NYC. On one of the evenings, I put on one pair but was disappointed as this pant rolls down my waist. Never embarrassed as much in my life, but I put on courage and stop by another clothing store to pick up something else for the evening as I couldn’t return to my hotel room. Fast forward to 3days ago, I got back and visited the just cozy on my way home from the airport, the saleslady said I could exchange it, so am back today with one other legging after I tried them on. I met a different lady who claimed she is the manager, she refused exchanging the one legging because I wear it. What kind of business puts their customer through so much embarrassment and only think of their money?? Yes, you didn’t loose the money for one leggings, but you have lost my patronage, that could mean 10 other customers.
