Had a very bad cut on my finger, didn't want to touch anything. The manager in produce was so kind, helpful a true angle. Thank you for helping me medically excellent customer service and a pure gem in life.

Tyson was so helpful, came in 10 minutes before closed and asked if they had a product, he walked us over to it with a smile!

The Safeway experience is a luxurious one; by grocery store standards! The country style ambiance is great, and you’ll find a great selection of cheeses, baked goods, meats, fresh produce, and deli specialties! They also have a good variety of organic foods for those who don’t care for the GMO’s of this world! The food quality is second to none, and so I’ve found their prices to be a little higher than other grocery stores. Their staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and glad to assist you in locating your items. Overall one of the better grocery stores in town!

Be sure to check out their exclusive signature cafe sandwiches, and order a Starbucks coffee!

Had a super time in the Safeway Deli with Annie who made our sandwich. What a good price for such a fantastic meal. My son said it was way better than Subway. I didn’t even know they made them at Safeway. We will have to visit more often.

Went to the deli for lunch and the lady, I wish I remembered her name. She was so sweet and helpful. Will be going back.

The ladies at the panini bar are so friendly and lovely to deal with, they took great care in making us the best subs!!! We love all the fun toppings that aren't usually available at other restaurants like pesto, artichoke, cilantro, aoli and shredded carrots 😁 I look forward to going back when we are in the area 💜

The staff at the sandwich counter are always extremely pleasant and they make some very delicious sandwiches! We are frequently here for lunch because of the good prices and superior service.

Went in tonight to get a cake written on. "Happy 49th birthday pops" and I didn't get the ladies name who wrote on my cake. She said she was new and was hesitant but I let her conqour her fear as I know she really didn't want to. For me working in a bakery the last 5 years, I was in her shoes once. I saw her flaws, her mistakes and by all means it is not perfect but I gladly took it and will place it in front of my family. Good job girly, it's readable and you tried your best! Hats off to you

I love this store. Staff are always friendly and great you with a smile and are so very helpful. I like that it has a Starbucks I side as well and during this Covid-19 they are so courteous and care about your well being. So very refreshing. The store is very well represented and clean and well stocked. It is a pleasure to shop here.

Leduc, Safeway is truly one of a kind. Noone else matches it and those who live in the area can attest to that fact and we are proud of it. It has a neighborly, country feel to it that can not be reproduced and the staff is fantastic. Never had a problem with any of their departments and everyone is friendly and helpful.

You can always rely on happy staff, perfect produce, new impulse items and a sensational meat department. A mini trip in on the Thanksgiving weekend meant that our special meal was dotted with heavenly treats!

So far on my search for Covid friendly and essential stores this has been the best. The staff are wonderful and keep their warm friendly attitudes. Cheery displays. Safeway continues to improve their quality of safety measures. I also find the customers, for the most part are respectful of the rules and are patient. Of course every store has those few who don't take direction well. People please follow the arrows in the right direction. Thank you Safeway, job well done.

I like this store for its cleanliness and layout. Easy to find, logical arrangement of items, it's always a pleasure to shop here. Also it's good to see the variety of staff, many of them older, give excellent service, both in giving directions and in the cashier lanes.

Good Covid disinfection program..try to enforce social distancing, but some customers do not think this should affect them. Most realize that line-ups are the new reality and really move fast if everyone complies. I feel comfortable working there with most customers and staff. Only very few make me uncomfortable. Thanks to our customers for your support and patience in these "new, sometimes trying times".

I choose to shop at Safeway because of the quality of how they treat their employees and the truly Massive and well organized selection in the store.

This store is well managed and controlled. The prices are a little higher, but the food is good quality. The guy in produce, Matthew, is wonderful at his job. His good looks and stellar personality bring in all the ladies.
