Browns Outlet

From out of town and have not been into this mall yet so I decided to stop for shoes. Was in a couple other places and left and was passing this store as it was on the way out to leave. Expecting the usual hum drum service as most places give, I was shocked to be greeted by 3 smiling faces and a good morning that made me feel welcomed.

I was left alone to see what they had and when I needed help it was all with a smile. I noticed all other customers getting this same treatment.

Highly recommend. And will come back for my next shoe purchase.

First things first, I was looking through the female section for some heels, and I seen about maybe 2 different sales associate who were not that busy and they didn’t associate to help me, until however I made it over to the guy section and this this wonderful, remarkable amazing and the best customer service I’ve ever gotten was from Shaelyn Pogue! She made every thing accessible and convenient for me and made me feel so amazing that her attention was literally 💯 at me I do recommend that you guys go to her as she will not disappoint you ! Tiania- the sales associate was so patient and nice. I had probably asked her 50 times to bring different shoes and sizes out, and she did that with a smile and without any complaint. She was helpful and kind.

The only reason u are getting 3 stars because Madonna was great to deal with but as soon as I got to the cashier everything was down hill, so I don’t want to give my email address no need to grab the pen and paper and be rude

Thought it was a one off situation, but both most recent times I’ve gone in the staff were congregating and not helping. Stood there, waited and looked at them tried to get their attention with no avail. At this point I feel like it may be racially motivated 🤷🏽‍♀ a shame.

I'll never go back. Went in to look at shoes and ended up getting a bag on sale.
The profiling was OBVIOUS.
As an aboriginal it happens but not usually so blatantly.
While I'm paying everyone is standing at the front counter (the huddle formed as soon as I had product in my hand and they all asked me one after the other if I needed help) and no one is helping the other people in the store.
Entered in a great mood and wanting shoes and a purse. Left with the purse and a bad taste in my mouth.
I was in Kate spade, guess, Michael Kors ect and didn't have a single issue.

4 girls standing outside the cashier area and busy talking and looking at their phones and don’t even care to greet or look at the customers walking in. One girl made an eye contact and ignored the customers. After a while a girl came to us and did help for a size. Visited on Sunday 6th March 2022, between 1-5pm.

Frustrating return policy. I bought a pair of boots two weeks ago and now they are on sale. They refuse to do any price adjustments if it is more than 7 days out. Most places will accommodate price changes but for some reason Browns doesn’t honour that. I’ll never shop at Browns for a pair of shoes again
