Excellent service! I wanted to return a cosmetic and the staff saw I was looking for support and asked me what I needed, even before she went up to the cash. It was a Revlon lipstick and she chatted with me a bit about cosmetics too! Very friendly and smooth service! Left here with a very good impression and speedy service!

There is a wonderful lady who works at the front check-out counters of the store. I wish I caught her name, but she is just so amazing at her job, she greets you when you walk in, and os always there to help if needed. A lot of rude customers come in to this location, and on a number of occasions I have seen people be very harsh and rude with her and it breaks my heart. She is just so patient and kind to everybody. I think it is important to understand that the individuals that work at this Shoppers are all just doing their best. Please, for the love of God, fix your sound system. Thank you for all of your hard work over the years. Special shout out to the lovely lady in the front!

I called last night at 8:30pm on behalf of my mom to get paxlovid for her. The pharmacist works till midnight and was super patient, kind and helpful over the phone. We carefully went through my mom's medical history. The medicine was ready for pick-up within 30 minutes! It was nearing day 5 window so we couldn't wait till Monday for the delivery service. Thankful that someone was there to assess and process medicine at such a late hour. Very efficient and good service.

Elizabath has great knowledge in beauty , skincare and cosmetics. She gave the right sunscreen and skincare for my wife . Great service with kindness and welcoming .

I needed medications and a Donut cushion on New Year’s Day and this store is open! God bless Shoppers Drug Mart , the Staff and Pharmacists! I got my prescriptions filled in 20 minutes and got the cushion I needed. The Cashier, Tina and the Pharmacist were friendly. Great Pharmacy!

Great Staff & Service - Both Store & Pharmacy

This store has some of the best Pharmacy staff that I have dealt with in a long time. I have a complicated prescription regime and they are on-the-ball. One of the pharmacist even calls me to let me know about possible changes in legislation or other rules that may affect my prescriptions so that I'm never surprised.

The front cashiers are always smiling and happy to help. The Cashier supervisors is always making sure that things are running smoothly.

Dealing with such a high volume pharmacy, based on the how they have a walk in clinic right door as well as North York General hospital right down the street, the shoppers drug mart staff here did an excellent job in having my medication that I need to walk in to get everyday. They always my prescription ready and have showed true compassion in understanding the discomfort of my condition and how getting my daily medication quickly makes a big difference,. I often deal with Monisha and she is truly amazing as what she does. She keeps the whole pharmacy smoothly, There is always a difference in the way the pharmacy is run when she is not there. She is very professional and compassionate. Its been an absolute pleasure dealing with her.
I do however maybe if the staff could provide the pharmacy some seasoned pharmacists to assist. I think if the had Someone as talented and efficient when she is not there, I think it would keep customers a little happier. Thank you guys for all your help!

I needed some urgent help for my boy's prescription and went to this location to speak to pharmacist. I had couple of inquiries and I had chance to meet Elizabeth and Christina. Both of them, what a wonderful and kind hearted pharmacists!!
I've been to many locations and met many pharmacists.. .. Elizabeth and Christina, they are the BEST!
Both of them were very kind, helpful and pleasant!! They were very sincere since I was there to pick up medicine for my boy and they took real good care of me. I can not thank them enough!

Five stars for Ellen who always has such a friendly and polite manner when she rings in my purchases at the checkout counter. She is one of the friendliest cashiers I have ever had!

My go to for late night Nyquil runs lol. I do find that when i go after 11pm, theres only one tall caucasian guy whos willing to help you, he might be the manager (really friendly). The rest of the employees are always chatting by the make up section and they fail to ever acknowledge anyone entering the premises. Its not my business but it would be nice to be greeted sometimes 😂 just saying!

Nymark Shoppers is my local store. Staff are always friendly, helpful and many greetings from the moment I enter. (Including the Post Office). One negative would be the stock items and amounts but as it is a small store, is understandable that space is limited.

Melissa provided the best experience. She was so helpful and friendly. We will be moving our prescriptions to this location.

Surprised by the negative reviews here. I used this pharmacy for years when I lived in the area and continue to come back even though there are two stores closer to me because the service here has always been prompt and professional. Pharmacist Monisha Desai (sp?) seems to actually care and takes the time to answer my questions about medications.
