I had a good experience. Went in there not knowing what to buy my son for his birthday and came out with gifts that I'm confident he will love. Also every one was very kind and helpful.

I had an unusual problem with my new television which Kyle and Ashley at customer service helped resolve. Highly recommend this friendly professional crew!

I had a few things to inquire about in terms of purchases I intended to make today and in the near future. Upon entrance I was greeted by a very kind bearded gentleman by the name of Justin. I mentioned that I was seeking a specific item that I was checking online, and he brought me right to the item I was looking for and was happy to answer any questions or concerns I had about the item. I was also seeking technical assistance in terms of which laptop I should acquire based on certain specifications I am seeking. Gage in the laptop department was beyond content to answer my questions with great detail and had various recommendations in terms of brands. It's my first time physically shopping at a retail best buy location and would highly recommend. 10/10 will shop here again.

My review is more for a Geek Squad member, I believe his name is Amen (I hope I spell it right) although I've always had good service at this best buy.
Anyway I was having issues with a new external hard drive, I couldn't get my laptop to connect to it, I tried multiple things, and thought maybe it was defective, Amen was great, very polite, calm, and professional, he fixed some weird issue (a default setting in the hard drive) and I was on my way. I'd love it if a manager at this location could give this guy some extra recognition, good employees are hard to find and this guy was great. Thank you.

The associate by the name of Beatrice was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. Her suggestions were useful and constructive. Recommended!

I was shocked on the level of service I have received from Best Buy. I was not a fan of Future Shop as was not willing to go in to Best Buy until I heard from friends about their experience. I have bought a lot of things from them in the last year for myself and work but in the last month I have gone in at least 12 times for some big purchases and the staff really go above and beyond to help ensure you get what you need and not just try and make a sale. I am very happy with their level of service.

Went in there today to purchase an iPhone 12. Great store and great service. Very helpful staff. Keagah is the guy who helped me. Very professional and very respectful towards customers. He is extremely patient and very helpful. Took the time to explain everything to me before I bought the iPhone. Definitely recommend talking to him if you're going there to purchase anything. Will be going back there when I activate the phone. If you're looking to buy electronics, this is the place to shop at. My favorite electronics store in the country.

Ordered new cell phone at an amazing price, fast delivery and in excellent condition couldn't be happier. Next purchase was luggage, hard covered 360° wheels everything my wife was asking for but for a ridiculous price compared to other stores! Fast shipping as usual great website, quick and easy to use. During my big Christmas splurge, I've dealt with a few people and everyone went out of their way to give me the best deal and advice! And props for hiring the tattooed girl! She is so great and I am happy to see there's no discrimination at this store! Will keep shopping there for sure!

Online shopping, local pickup with dedicated parking is a breeze...best of both worlds. Counter staff are very helpful and friendly and were great in loading my vehicle. I just wish they'd stop with the extended warranty pitch...

Been shopping at Best Buy before it was Best Buy. Always had good service. Recently purchase a product and had to exchange it because of the colour. No problems, was in and out in a few minutes the day after Cyber Monday.
