I went there for something simple like foil pans and birthday cards. Worst card selection...nothing available and nothing new. Horrible.

I "used to" recommend this place to people for cables. They have a huge variety at reasonable prices. However, we bought a HDMI cable from them for $12.99 and when we brought it home it did not work. I tried another HDMI cable that I had at home for another device, and tested it out with my new device and there was no problem. So for sure the problem was with the cable. The image had a lot of static, to the point that you could not even make out what the images were and the audio produced a buzzing noise.

Not thinking it was a big deal we went back to the store to exchange the cable, as I noticed by the register there was a sign saying no refunds exchange only. The store clerk was upset and said there has never been a problem with the cables ever. I said I recommend people to come here and maybe it was just one bad cable. We took another one and came home to try it out. Same problem.

In a few days we returned to the store (note during weekdays they close at 8 p.m.) and the store clerk was accompanied by another store clerk. Both just gave us a lot of negative attitude about coming back again. Talk about POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Personally I didn't think we deserved it. We are customers and their product does not work.

They said to leave the product and they would check it out. They said to come back the next day. My husband went back the next day and of course they said they tried it out and that it worked...

So now we are out the $12.99 + tax and have a HDMI cable that doesn't work.

Just in case you are wonder, we did end up buying another cable from WalMart and it works like a charm.

We will NOT be returning to this store.

This place is barely a dollar store, they sell low quality items for triple the value

Store supervisor sucks. Poor customer service.
