Really nice people working there who know their stuff! Prices for juice is good, and have a section to customize their own home brand juice to your liking! Great location, now I don't have to go either all the way downtown or up to Richmond hill/Markham!

Juice flavours are great and I'm kind of picky about my juices. Again with the DIY, you can change your flavours to be under/over stated to your liking!

Love this place! Always super helpful, always super nice, and beyond honourable with standing beyond their products and warranties (and I mean BEYOND). They helped me big time when I first started vaping and had a million questions about everything (they always very patient and helpful), and they are also great for me now that I am more experienced. They make the best liquids - my two favourites are HOPE (watermelon/strawberry) and ORIGINAL SIN (pineapple/green apple) - and also sell other really good liquids. They will always give you good deals (sometimes they throw in free stuff when I buy large quantities), and they have customer loyalty cards! And they will make whatever specific nicotine % you want. Plus they will let you sit there for as long as you want and try every single flavour they have. Then owner, Vlad, is one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met, and he is there 95% of the times I come in. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.

Vape Time is amazing. I cannot recommend this shop enough. The staff always make you feel like you're their most important customer, and have a true love for their craft that comes across immediately. They make their own brand of juices which are INCREDIBLE. Quad Berry has been a long time favourite of ours; we never get bored of it. They mix it for you right there in the shop to your PG/VG/nicotine dose specifications. Their prices cannot be beat, and their kindness is even greater.

Went there today to pick up some wire and cotton however every time I shop here the experience has always been great. Great knowledgeable staff, great selection of juices and hardware. A shop I continue to recommend to people to this day. Cheers!

The staff were amazing and helped me learn about my new device and set it up for me too. I never felt rused by them even though it ws pretty busy in the store. Great prices and their ejuice selection is huge. I was extremely satisfied and will definitely shop their again. Highly recommend!

This is a clean, well stocked store. The staff are a treasure of knowledge to assist in any questions or product information. The walls are painted black which makes the multicoloured products pop like eye candy. There is comfortable seating for discussions and exchange of info and experience. A friendly, welcoming environment, with anything a new customer or a seasoned 'Vaper', lol, would need or like. Lots of great accessories, too.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Hands down the best vape store in Toronto. Best service, best prices, and their in-house juices are some of the best flavours I've tried anywhere. The are truly no words to describe the level of service you get when you walk in the door there. It's one of those things you have to experience yourself. If I could have given them 6 stars I would have.

The staff here is very nice and helpful, the prices are very competitive with other vape stores. If you are looking for a vape shop where you can sit there talk to people while trying delicious juices, this place is for you. I have been going there for a year now. The place is owned by 2 guys who are basically there all the time. You can feel they care about their customers.

Been going here for a couple of years now and it's honestly my GO TO vape shop. The staff are really friendly and super chill, and they will help you out with anything you need. They know their stuff and their juice line is also very good as well.

The Staff are great guys, helpful and knowledgeable. They have a HUGE selection of E-juice including mixing a flavor that YOU thought of. Also their prices pleasantly surprised me. Definitely stop by to try some juice!

My vaporizer store of choice. Staff are incredibly helpful, the atmosphere is great, prices are the best I've found in Toronto, they sell DIY supplies unlike all of the corporate chains around, and have a customer loyalty program. Name another place where, when you ask what's involved in making your own coils, they'll tell you it'd take them about 45 minutes to teach you - and then do so for free. When they stopped making fluid in my concentration of choice, they went to the clearance shelf, found all the bottles of that concentration left, and just told me I could have them for free. I'm not normally especially brand loyal, but the last time I went to a vaporizer store other than this one, I didn't even live in this city.

Went in to get my vape fixed. Cost me $5 and my vape works better than it did when I got it brand new. Vlad has amazing people skills and the customer service is amazing. The environment is different from anything I've seen. It's a great place to relax and chill out as well as getting great advice from qualified experts about vaping. These dudes know their stuff and they're not shy about it.
