I had a great experience with Arshia.
It was the first time I had to take a picture for passport renewal and I didn't have any idea how the process is but he helped me with the process and documentation. plus, I always go there if I need anything regarding UPS :)

Best Ups store in town, their staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Been doing my business prints and some shipping. Always so happy with the services I received.

Incredible customer service is an absolutely understatement.
The lovely ladies at this location took it above and beyond.
They took care of the packaging and shipping my wheels to Saskatchewan and made it a breeze.
Just see how diligently it was packaged, and the best rate amongst shipping companies. All they told me to do was to put my feet up and take a seat. 😁

Fastest and most efficient UPS store in Toronto; the guys working there are always friendly. I've been dealing with them almost once a week and they already know what I want and start preparing the labels before I even come in. 5/5 service!

Friendly staff and good service. I needed to get something printed quickly and they were very helpful. I also saw they provide mailing addresses and business cards. Definitely more services than I was expecting but I will definitely go back to see what else they offer at this location.

I stumbled across this location about 4 years ago and been going there ever since, even now that I live about 50 mins away from it. My family lives abroad and I tend to use shipping services often and this UPS location has arguably been providing the best customer service and prices that I have come across in Toronto.
This store is very well managed and staff is very knowledgeable. They can provide really good recommendations that can save you a lot of money! I remember last time when I was sending a lot of stuff to Dubai, the lady at the counter went above and beyond to ensure my packaging is done right and affordable! Love this location...

It was my first time visiting this store to get a package delivered internationally. I met one of the staff members, Faezeh, who was so genuine with her help and advice, even suggesting that I check rates at other places before confirming my order through UPS/DHL. She provided the best offer and rate, placing her customers at the center of her work! Thank you for an incredible service and an overall pleasant experience!

Although I just live down the street from this UPS store on Wedgewood, I definitely would travel regardless here to do business no matter where I lived in Toronto. Staff are super friendly, helpful and masters of "multi-tasking" especially during the busiest times. They are knowledgeable and always provide the best suggestions/options at the lowest price to all customers. Just a few days ago, Faezeh went above and beyond to assist me with my packaging requirements to send my laptop in for repairs. Not only did she source the perfect box, she went further to help me wrap, pack and tape up the box!! I can't thank her enough and during these difficult times, the staff at this UPS#18 store have continued to exceed customer expectations and do it with a smile (under their masks of course!). Thanks for always providing excellent service and just know that even the little things you do help brighten up your customers days!

I have been several time to this UPS location. The staff are friendly professional and helpful. They greet you with your name and they try to find you the best possible solution and not just the most expensive one. I totally recommend them. They give you the feeling of trust regardless what kind business you have with they are always there for you and provide you with beneficial tips. Even with this Epidemie which is we are dealing right now, they do their most best to give you comfort.

I had an amazing experience at this location with my parcel shipment service. Faezeh was super nice and very helpful. It was my first time and she spend the time to inform me of the details, and I could tell she really cares about her customers.

I usually don't take the time to review stores/services but you have to give credit where credit is due.

A few days ago, I had an urgent shipment that needed to get out, but I was restrained with time (finished work late and had to catch a flight the next day). I called the store and explained to the manager my situation. Even though the store was almost closing, the store manager was very sweet and understanding, waiting for me until 7:20 to come by and finalize my shipping. All that, with a smile.

She went above and beyond by today's standards of customer service! I will definitely be recommending this shop to colleagues

I have had nothing but great experiences here. I use this location primarily to drop off prepaid packages for return services, and the staff is always incredibly friendly and attentive. I was recently sending some textbooks and they made it so simple by packing the books for me. if you need anything shipped, this is the place to go to!
