I found Pokemon Heart Gold at a great price and in perfect condition with all original accessories. There is huge selection with especially rare to find items. Their selection from retro games to brand new games have me finding old gems all the time. They're increasing their selection everyday and their shipping was fast.

I didn't receive my item after 2 weeks so I contacted them. Best and fastest customer service ever ! So helpful. They actually had a recurring unfortunate problem with that same shipping company, so they sent back my purchase right away with Canada Post.

I have ordered rare and imported switch games through Shopville a few times. I like to have physical copies of these hard to find games and shopville has them at reasonable prices. I ordered from this store for the first time - and it used an app called Shop to help track my order. Long story short, my order was delayed due to weather - but they responded very quickly to my email and I received my package the next day. It was well packaged and overall great service - most certainly will order from them again!

Amazing! Great prices and Canadian! Only issue is that they ship by Canada Post who needs a signature at the door but will not delivery due to COVID protocols so it gets sent back to the post office. The package arrived but took 3 days to get the non-delivery due to COVID, card left at door and then package returning to the depot before it can be picked up.

Fantastic and easy to deal with. Ordered on Sunday night and received item on Thursday same week. No hassle. No concerns.

Ps. You guys probably noticed you sold a couple more Gotchas this week. I was hyping you guys all up to my friends on the great product and speed of service!

I highly recommend to buy games from this respectful company. Their customer service response time just unbeatable even compare to Amazon or other big retail company. Long story in short, I ordered wrong game for order cancellation, I thought most of reply template will be "Sorry to hear that, but order has been processed." But the customer service replied me under 15 min, and informed me the refund.

I received The Vampire Diaries from them yesterday, and I had thought a disk was missing from the collection so I emailed them. I got a prompt response back less than 24 hours later! Very professional and willing to fix the situation, but it turned out I had not looked closely enough XD Thank you Shopville! Will be back to shop soon!

The first boardgame I received was only wrapped in a bag, nothing to protect it. Because of that, the box was damaged and the content inside too. After contacting them, they quickly responded with options to attend the problem. They shipped back another with more than enough protection this time. They fully redeemed themselve, good job!

Was looking for a hard-to-find item at a reasonable price, Shopville had it in stock. Unfortunately, the item was damaged (minor) but still in working shape.

James was incredibly quick, responsive and kind in giving me options to ensure I was satisfied. You really don't see this level of customer service very often. I will definitely order from them again - highly recommended.

Great store, i was able to find the daimyo box for rising sun cheaper than anywhere else and with free two day delivery. Despite the box being new I was missing one of the pieces but the staff were friendly and accommodating and shipped the piece I was missing from another box at no extra cost. I would highly recommend this store.

Competitive pricing and some of the items I bought were not available anywhere else... Like that crazy ring game for the switch that my daughter wanted so bad. Shipping was amazing considering all the covid19 delays everywhere else.
