This is a very small one. I find it lacks in many products. And being inside bayview village means that they close relatively early

Great collection but staff need more training. Chinese lady at Chanel boutique will only help her friends and doesnt even care to look at other customer while the other lady doesnt know where things are not even mention ask her for suggestion. Other staff are ok but you can hardly find anyone to help. They are all hiding and not very familiar with the product. This will be your help yourself shopping destination. Dont expect any help.

There's just no staff to help out at all. They'll walk right by and won't bother responding. Wait times are extremely long.
