Excellent service and there is a lot in a smaller store. I ordered some fencing materials for delivery and although there was a little confusion initially with payment, the issue was resolved quickly. Care was taken in selecting good straight lumber for my order, and the delivery guy was fantastic. Thanks to all the staff there!

I want to thank Tom for his excellent customer service today. I purchased an item from the St Paul store last weekend. The item broke and unfortunately for us the the St Paul location was closed on the Sunday we left. Even though the Sherwood Park is not affiliated with the St Paul Tom stepped up and replaced the item for me. It is great to see independent Canadian franchise's support each other. So let's support Canadian businesses that sell and support Canadian made products.

I forget about little Home Hardware and usually end up at a big box place but that is so wrong. The best service is found here and they always have what I'm looking for. Within minutes of walking in a friendly face greeted me and offered help and I had everything I was looking for quickly and efficiently. Then I got to browse in the decor sections which I always love. They've got some really cool and unique things there.

Picked up a lawn mower set from there over the weekend. The staff was exceedingly friendly and more than willing to help me get what I needed. They loaded the set into my vehicle very carefully and were very professional.

Been awhile since I was in a home hardware. Dropped in to pick up an alberta flag. Had a bunch of seasonal stuff on sale. I also picked up a BBQ mat that let's you grill shrimp, fish, veggies without them falling through. Was $3.00. Had a bunch of Wasp and Mosquito devices for limiting their numbers in the yard. Will come again.

Love this place. They are honourable, accommodating and have excellent customer service. I've purchased two deck packages from them and everything was reasonably priced, complete and on time. They have consistent, experienced staff. Plus they are locally owned! Any time I can buy from them instead of some big box store, I do. Highly recommend.

What a great experience! Every staff member said hello and welcomed me to the store! The owner truly cares about customer service & I found a smoked simple syrup in their extensive bbq section, for my southern smoky old fashioned cocktail recipe lol. Highly recommended!!
