RONA Sherwood Park (Wye Road)

Shopped for Christmas tree but didn't fi d the one I wanted but I did get a beautiful poinsettia for $7.99.
They have tons.
Checked out their wall sconces but again couldn't find what I was looking for unfortunately as I'm trying to match an older glammy fixture.
Staff were helpfuland very friendly. First time shopping at this location. Definitely recommend.

Great service during my visit. The customer service desk rep took the time to help me find what I was looking for and answered my questions. As I am looking to commence work on a project and while I still have to consider various factors when shopping for supplies and materials (like cost and colour choice, etc.), the extra time spent will make my decision to do future business here easier. Incidentally, I have shopped for tools and other materials here in the past and I've never been disappointed. Worth a consideration in my opinion.

I was given exceptionally helpful service at the Sherwood Park location. Brad and Vern assisted me to order the materials for, and to plan my entire project. Everything was delivered right to my home. All of my questions were answered and I felt heard and valued, which is something I did not experience at a different retailer/competitor while I was shopping around for quotes for this reno project. Helpful staff always ready to find what you're looking for. Today I got some much needed help trying to troubleshoot a plumbing problem. The staff member was very helpful trying to get me a part that would solve my problem. He really went above and beyond to find a workable solution.

Quick in....quick out. Got what I needed.

I had a very stressful situation that came to a very positive solution. I had decided to take advantage of being on holidays in a province that charged less sales tax then my home province. Fortunately for me, Rona was hosting a sale that offered 15% off on my total purchase. This on top of the 6% I was saving on my provincial sales tax equaled to 21% savings for me. I made a very large deck railing purchase and easily saved a total of approx $550.00. Over what I could of spent at home. 6 hours later and back at home I realized that approx $280.00 worth of product was left behind at the store. Fearing the worst, I made a call to Rona and explained my situation. With shift change, I wasn't certain that the outcome would be positive. Al the acting manager on duty was amazing. 3 days of work on his end before it was resolved. He made me feel comfortable the entire time by contacting me daily with a progress report.

Awesome service. I checked online for stock and did not want to trust a number of 1 in stock. I called and they checked the stock for me and even put my name on it and placed it at the till in anticipation of my arrival.

Friendly staff. Things are super easy to find as they are well organized. Love the garden centre!

Place was empty when I was there. Quick to find and purchase for my needs.

I visited this store to have an online order problem resolved. The service I received was outstanding.

The visit was also a good reminder that the majority of products that Rona sources are Canadian and shopping Canadian is important to me. I will go out of my way in the future to shop at this location.

Ordering online straightforward and simple. Curbside pickup was quick, easy, thorough and friendly.

Helpful staff - purchased artificial palm's and grasses to use around the yard- price point was reasonable compared to other store's or online -
Had the best price for a pvc expandable privacy trellis - quality of product good and green leaved gardenias full and somewhat realisrealistic (lol)
But, exactly what was needed

Staff was very helpful and the young man in the paint department even knew that we could only get the stain we needed at Lowes currently.

Clean store, easy to get around and relatively easy to find what you need. I went in and they had very few of the filter size I need for my furnace, which is expected.

Service is top notch. Will go here over home Depot when possible

Very good. Service was excellent, on the floor, cashier and in the yard to pick up they were great and fun. That's what the world needs.
