She was incredibly knowledgeable and went out of her way to assist me, making my shopping experience truly delightful. Convenient location. Lots of choice of fruit, flower & plant. Item were neat and organized. Staff were friendly. Very busy and long line up during weekend so we did our self check out. It was easy & efficient.

This location has premium cosmetics brands such as Benefit, Urban Decay, and Clinique. Also has a small selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. It's open 24 hours.

We always shop at Shoppers Drug Mart conveniently. Unfortunately, some days before, we received a parking ticket after parking in their designated spot. It would have been helpful if the customer parking areas were more clearly marked. However, we approached Jason inside the store, who kindly took a picture of the ticket and promised to forward it to the owner. The next day, the owner called us and assured us he had taken care of the ticket, relieving us of any worries. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service the owner and Jason provided at this Shoppers Drug Mart.

This is our primary neighborhood pharmacy store that has become part of our life for decades. The store is well managed, cozy and warm. Sincerely thank the management and staff there.

I was there to get a perfume for my husband and Niloufar helped me to choose this perfume cause I tend to be picky about my scents but she was a great help to choose the best one and by far it’s my favorite! Thank you Niloufar 🙏🏻

I have been to the pharmacy a few times and have always had good experience. Once on an early morning weekend, they seemed short-staffed, however, the pharmacist, Maryam, managed to get me my prescription medication very efficiently. A+

My family and I get our flue shots in this store, the consultant (Nora) was very kind and she helps us very much with our registration and she informed us how we need register our Covid vaccinations , we are newcomers from Ukraine and she helps us to get our flue shots, the doctor was very nice too. My 5 years old daughter after the vaccine was happy and didn’t cry at all .

Although my prescription wasn’t ready as promised, the service provided by the night pharmacist Reta made it worthwhile.

Rita is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. She graciously apologized for the wait and ensured i was fully understood the proper usage of the medications. Her politeness went above and beyond my expectations.

Shoppers is really easy to get food, snacks and has a lot of options. I also get my prescriptions, vaccines and masks here. It’s also very convenient for me when I load my presto card or drop off a mail at shoppers.

The first time I was at this store there were long lines and staff couldn't handle all the work (understaffed maybe). But my second visit was so pleasant that I thought my previous rating was too harsh. We went there for a flu shot and the doctor (Sally) was so kind and friendly that made me change my rating for fairness

We were there on Monday Dec 12, 1:30 am as we were told by NYGH to go there to get antibiotics. Pharmacist Reem was so helpful & friendly, it was a wonderful experience. 🙏

Huge shout out to Sajjad. I called shoppers drug mart pharmacy after we realized the airport also needs a proof of booster shot before boarding the international flight. We have receipts to the earlier two vaccines but managed to misplace the booster shot receipt.. Sajjad helped me in 10 minutes and sent a a copy of vaccine certificate over just one phone call. Thanks a million for your prompt attention Sajjad!! Apart from this incidence we visit this shop numerous times every month, its a great location and staff is polite always...Would Recommend this location 10/10.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Shoppers Drug Mart, it's one of the biggest I have seen has a little of everything, including fruits have you ever seen fruits in a Shoppers Drug Mart? this one has fruits a Post office, Pharmacy, Beauty Center area large shelves full of stuff to choose from.

Located at the major intersection of Yonge and Finch the store seems to be small from the outside but when you enter the store you'll be pleasantly surprised to see how big it is inside, parking is available just around the corner of the building.

On my way to check out, cashier's was on duty I then cashed my items out then realize that I could have used my points I then decided to use 10,000 points the cashier was very helpful and she even advised me about the points system and PC Financial points how to get extra points etc. which I had already known, but nevertheless it was good to know that she was trying to advise customers, I capture her name as Karima from her name tag.

I decided that this store is nothing less than a 4-star however given all the factors put together, including that the store is a 24-hour operation (Open 24hrs) Store as such I've decided that I will award the store 5 Stars.

since the new owner took over a couple yr s ago the store s running better than ever, John the new owner wonderful smart kind and a wonderful person,everything is well thought out before going ahead with new things around the store the people who work their are all top notch,,iam pleased to refer this shoppers drug mart, to go to as it s always open the shelfs are always filled, thanks for your wonderful service,

Cashiers and staff have improved over the last couple of years. The pharmacists and pharmacist assistants are quite helpful, despite the fact that they look overworked.

Very wide selection of things; they underwent a massive renovation in 2015-16.

Looks like an extensive make-up area.

It has a postal location as well.

It's very convenient if you're on the TTC and you need meds or basic food.

Note: on major holidays, they will have sections roped off, presumably to fit within legal limits for a store to stay open. It seems arbitrary which sections are blocked off and which aren't, but maybe there is a plan.

great convenient location ＋ fresh food, vegetable also available at this store. Staff is kind of nice in this store. willing to help for findinf product/check price/check points etc. Also have passport photo, game console and ATM in this location.

by the way, there is also a canada post inside the store. quite often long line up though. very Convenient for people living around the area.
