Antón was super nice! He helped me with a new awesome plan and explained the terms perfectly. Very friendly and professional.

His other colleague to his right initially gave me a bit of an attitude when I asked kindly about what plan they can offer - basically signally that I’m interrupting him. He could’ve said please scan your QR code and wait for your turn instead of giving me the look. I thought that was unprofessional.

Anton is very knowlegeable and helpful and he has superior customer service skills. He was extremely helpful with changing our plan (removing us from a preferred plan and finding a much better alternative). He patiently and efficiently answered all of our questions when deciding on what phone to purchase. He took the time to ensure that all issues were resolved with the carrier - which was challenging. Thank you Anton for all of your help this evening - we really appreciate it!

The guys at Wireless Wave were so helpful last night. My cat decided the use my phone as a toy and killed my screen. The gentlemens was so helpful and understanding of the situation and took my and my parents wants and concerns seriously and did everything he could to help us out. They gave me an amazing deal and got me the phon that meets my needs and wants. So thankful for their help!

Thanks to Mohammed for helping me get 2 lines activated on black Friday deals! It was a very hectic time and he was just awesome throughout. Even with all the chaos of customers yelling at him over long wait times, Mohammed was always patient, professional and kept things moving along. It was a long wait in the virtual queue and I was thankful I was one of the last ones to be seen before their closing time. My suggestion to customers is to be patient and understand that the employees at the booth are working as quickly as they can and aren't purposely trying to ignore you. Fantastic experience with Henry at Costco updating our phones. He answered all our questions, was very reassuring concerning security and didn’t sell us something we honestly couldn’t use. Henry is pleasant every time we see him. We are seniors and not up-to-date with all the apps and features. He took the time to explain some new apps that we could share as well. Visited the wireless phone booth at Costco at Warden and Ellemere and had the pleasure of dealing with FiFi. She was amazing in explaining everything to me. I came back to see her 3 times as I needed to compare what I was getting with my Rogers provider and not once did she make me feel a bother.
