I'm delighted to share my positive experience with Elika, the cash manager. On a hectic Thursday, Elika's assistance was invaluable. Her efficiency and expertise not only streamlined the process but also alleviated the stress of managing finances. Kudos to Elika for exemplary service!

The staff treated me like a valued customer. They listened and acknowledged my situation. Although this is a relatively smaller Shoppers location, I was able to find things I needed like stationary, USB cables, a humidifier, children's book for my son, and most importantly, a toilet pump!

I have shopped at many SDM locations before but this is THE only one who has made a real effort in locating my missing receipt. I could have lost my laptop warranty if Marife, the front cashier, didn't give me a reprinted receipt. She was so efficient and really does care about her customers.

Very helpful team in the pharmacy department.They are always kind,understanding,efficient and ready to help.I would always recommend this place to my family and friends.

This Sdm has all you want from the any pharmacy store and good location around and also parking is available besides it.

There is good cosmetics usually there is sale so I bring many items in good price .. like it

I use the post office regularly(small bussiness owner) have found the staff very nice and accommodating. Felina is very helpfull and goes out of her way for customers. Girls at cash ate always serving with a smile.

The post office in here is probably one of the best I've been to. The man behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. I went in there in the evening, so for some reason, the post office was super busy. The gentleman behind the counter was not phased, he handle each customer patiently and helped each individual without rushing them. Super professional. As well as the pharmacist, who was also busy while I was in line and answered everyone's question with knowledge and professionalism. Didn't rush and push customers out of the way, like most people do. So props to this Shoppers Drug Mart, other locations can learn from them.

Stopped into the location at Victoria Park and Sheppard early Sunday morning to pick up some everyday essentials. So there isnt very much to differentiate locations as the layout and product selection is pretty much the same from store to store. So from when you walk in the store was clean, well stocked. There are always a number of sale items, their flyers are quite extensive. Got everything I needed in a very short time. The only issue was the cashier had a problem with his cash and it took 6 pages for his supervisor to slowly make her way to the cash sipping her coffee. Wasnt in a hurry and they were pretty nice so no biggie to me. Great shopping experience for me.

My wife and I found the store very clean and well organized. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. A particular shout out to Mike in the pharmacy section for his assistance. Checkout was a breeze.

Convenient location with free parking. Store is not too big but well organized. The post office staff is very friendly and helpful. The cashier at checkout is nice and efficient.

fragrance and cosmetic department lady teshana (I dont know if i spelled the name correct). she is very helpful and energetic and patient with customers...she patiently showed us fragrances before we finalized the perfume we were looking for...I saw many ppl had problem with cosmetic department staff...look for her she is just great...
