Love this shop so much. I always find what I need and honestly the best customer service ever. Everyone's always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I know I can always find some health info just by stepping in. And as a vegan, I find really good products there. :)

Amazing and helpfull staff ! A little pricy but the wide selection and diversity of natural products makes up for it !

They have a well-curated selection of health food products (expensive but really good) and they’ve recently added a loyalty program which has encouraged us to shop there a lot more than we used to. It’s a good spot to grab clean/ organic beauty products, cleaning products, healthy snacks or supplements and some organic groceries as well.

Amazing store with fantastic products but most of all kind and welcoming staff. I lived near the old store and loved it very much. It was always a pleasure going there but I'm loving the new location even more, although I moved to the other end of the city. The new location has a great fresh vibe with so much light and clarity and the staff still as amazing as always. For me it's worth every trip :)

Experts serious however friendly. They are quick to help and able to suggest the right product. Stay open and listen, they are knowledgeable and show enthusiasm. They offer a free membership that brings rebates to your bill.
I buy the CBD cream for my elderlies (their knee or elbow pain) but this time I shopped for organic cinnamon sticks.
I totally recommend it.

Excellent store. Very knowledgeable staff, naturopath always on hand, and they are all super friendly. There's a wide variety of products available and they'll special order something for you if they can. Plus they always help me carry things to my car when I have a heavy load! Lucky to have them in the neighbourhood.

It is same but such a wonderful shop with lots of fantastic quality products, especially essential oils which can be hard to find a wide assortment of. The service is the best part. There's a fully bilingual Naturopath who is not only very professional & knowledgeable but also takes the time to give excellent service. I have been at many Health food stores & this is my favourite one thus far on all levels

The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. Th selection is impressive, and not just for a small place. Finally, the prices are impressive! Just one example, Organic Kale is half the price of the non-organic kale down the street at Metro! I love this little place, and am greatful they have come to my neighborhood. <3

Owners are really, really nice. Good product selection, though limited by the space of the shop. Soon-to-be-perished veggies and fruits are dirty cheap, so you should come often! Finally, there is a real reward program with cash back.

I love this place! The staff is so helpful and are always ready and eager to answer any questions you have. There have been a few times when I asked for a specific product they didn't have and the next time I went in they had ordered it for me. Also, the naturopath on site is great! He takes the time to listen and then gives the kind of advice that actually works.

A very clean store, with a healthy selection of organic and vegetarian items. Their customer service is A-1, friendly, and knowledgeable. They even offer you gloves and sanitizer upon entering!

It's both a great place to find hard-to-find health products and browse many products I hadn't thought to try. The staff here are very patient and have a versatile working knowledge of how to address health concerns.

Super clean, a lot of brands and nicely fresh products

Today was the first time I visit the store while I was looking for a restaurant. I usually buy most of my natural products online but this store is officially my new favorite place! Small store but so many options and amazing prices. My new go to

You need organic stuff? They have you covered. You're hungry for fancy sandwiches? Here's some aux vivres sandwiches. Do grab the spiced brownies and why not some coconut milk to go with your fresh curcuma?

The staff is helpful and carry mostly what you want and need. Store looks cool.

The owner and the staff are always super friendly. They know their health food and products and the variety is great. Definitely a place to go if you want to stay healthy

Favorite local shop to get organic, natural and gluten free stuff. It's a bit cramped but they have a good selextion.
