I had an amazing experience from start to finish at Creations Vezina. A friend of mine recommended me this store as she loved her experience when buying her dress.
I called in to make an appointment and the owner Chantal picked up the phone. I was right away taken back by her level of professionalism and did not feel like all she wanted is to book the appointment and get me off the phone. She asked me questions, listened to my needs and recommended I start on the Loft side of the store as all of their dresses are on sale on that side and to respect my $2k budget. When arriving at the store, first thought was its a clean and beautiful store with a large selection. I was appointed the wonderful Audrey Ann and cannot recommend her enough. She was extremely kind, patient and at no point at all did I feel pressured to buy a dress. I really felt her passion for what she does and she made me feel very comfortable with her. I visited the store with 3 guests and Audrey Ann always brought me back to thinking about myself and what I liked best. What was awesome is that we had a second lady I believe her name was Rouka which was helping us as well and listening to feedback and choosing dresses for me to try on. They had me try all kinds of dresses just to make sure we were heading in the direction I wanted. I walked in with a vision and walked out with a dress completely different then what I had in mind. Im in love with my dress and love that I could just walk out with the dress same day and not have to wait and get it ordered. The dress was discounted at 50% from its original price and the ladies were able to make it fit in my budget. I would definitely recommend this store to any bride and wish they get the wonderful team I was appointed. Audrey Ann and Rouka I cannot thank you both enough!!!! You made my experience an unforgettable one.

Catherine and Sarah-Jane made my night getting my dress. Catherine made me feel like I was part of her family. She was so professional while being so caring. She guided me through the whole process and made me feel the most comfortable. I can honestly say I found my dream dress because of her!!! Best service I’ve had in such a long time. ❤

This is quite a long review but definitely worth the back story.
I am a bride who had a destination wedding in Ireland and the journey I had to take to have a wedding dress (let alone a perfect dress) was... emotional.

My original wedding date was set for April 1, 2021 and I bought my original wedding dress in 2020 at a different wedding shop. Unfortunately, the pandemic forced us to postpone our wedding to March 31, 2022. Why are the dates important? Well... let me explain.

I had some health issues between when I bought my original dress & February 2022 which resulted in me not fitting into my original (fitted) dress. I called Creations Vezina at the beginning of February explaining that I was scheduled for an emergency surgery in 4 days so I needed to find a wedding dress before. Not only that, but my wedding was less than 8 weeks away so we had to find a dress that was "in stock" or available for rush. They were incredibly accommodating.

Luckily, my consultant was Stephanie and she found me a beautiful A-Line dress that was exactly what I was looking for. It was available for a rush fee but I was going to have it before flying out for my wedding.

Unfortunately, just 2 weeks later, they called me to tell me that my dress was coming from Ukraine and the war that just started prevented it from arriving. That night, I went back (now only 6 weeks from my wedding date) and I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie again. However, we were even more limited...

Stephanie worked all day before I arrived to find a dress for me and to make sure it was in stock and available to order.When I arrived, she showed me a dress that she felt would fit my Irish Castle venue... although I wasn't sure because it had sparkle, and I was adamant I didn't want sparkle.

That being said..... she was absolutely right. Out of the 3 dresses I purchased throughout this process, this was the only one I felt the tears.
I am so grateful and thankful for her patience, her vision and effort. It's an experience I will never forget. Creations Vezina saved my wedding.

Rouka and Mégane made my experience amazing! They were so attentive and genuinely cared about finding the right dress for me. They made sure to understand what I liked and didn’t like about each dress I tried on so that they could find something that fit what I was looking for. I ended up finding my dress thanks to their suggestions! I am so happy I came here to find my dress, it is even better than I could have imagined and they made the experience so wonderful.

I went into the store not thinking I'd be finding my wedding dress due to not knowing what I was looking for.. and I left there with a gorgeous dress that the wonderful staff picked out for me. Yes i did try what felt like million dresses but the ladies were clearly listening to my likes and dislikes and took note of every word i was saying. Rouka and Meg were so incredibly patient and kind to me that i am forever grateful for them. Not only did i get to cross off something from my "to-do list", I actually enjoyed the process while i was at it. Big big thanks to the best ladies <3

Creations Vezina exceeded all my expectations in the process to buy a wedding dress!! I was incredibly fortunate to have been looked after by Audrey Ann and Rouka, who were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive during the appointment. I loved how they had me try on multiple styles (even those I didn't think I wanted) to ensure that there wouldn't be any doubt later on about my selection. I hope every bride has a similar experience when going wedding dress shopping as there was never any pressure to buy a dress, but a genuine want by Audrey Ann and Rouka to find my perfect dress! I am so grateful for my experience at Vezina, but even happier I got paired with such an amazing team!

Yesterday, I was helped by Audrey Ann and I cannot say anything negative towards my experience. Audrey Ann took care of me like I was her best friend or a sister. From the moment I got greeted at the store it was an positive experience. Not for one moment did I feel push or rush into making a decision, it was always about taken my time and to make sure the decision of the dress was mine. Multiple times during my appointment, Audrey Ann took time to ask me if I needed a break, if I needed water. She was given me honest advice that I appreciated so much. I visited two boutiques prior and this one was by far my best experience. My grand-mother, my mother and my sister all share the same opinion about our experience. Audrey Ann respected my budget, respected my opinion and honestly I am so thankful to have found my dress with her. She was by far amazing. I was nervous when I got in, and told Audrey Ann that I was a bit nervous to try dresses on, and instantly she took time to tell me to have fun, enjoy it and to relax. Even when talking about, for example, accessories, she was honest with me, she approach me about budget and when I told her I wanted to make take time to think about it, not once did she make me feel like no was not a good answer for her. She was so respectful. She was honestly the best.

Amazing bridal experience at Vezina!! The staff offers great service. Catherine was amazing! She’s so helpful, knowledgeable and patient, she made my day feel so special! She surpassed all my expectations and made saying yes to my dream dress so easy! Highly recommend Vezina to any future brides!

I want to start by saying that I had the most wonderful experience! I felt like if I was in a movie. Catherine and Eve-Sophie were amazing! I felt like they were my best friends. They were honest and so patient with me. They guided me throughout the entire process and helped me pick the most beautiful wedding dress. We went there with my friend and her family as a last resort. We had already been to 3 others bridal shop but didn’t find what we were looking for.

When we walked in, the owner Chantal was there and explained the whole process to us and honestly guys… BEST EXPERIENCE. The patience, the quality, the service everything was A1.

We were assigned Katherine and she helped us find THEE dress in less than 1hour after 3 dress.

Everyone needs to buy their wedding dress at Vézina!!! I had the most incredible experience, with the absolute best consultant, Eve-Sophie! I had gone back in May to try on dresses, found one that I liked, but wanted to go back to try on more dresses once they received their newer collection. They were extremely accommodating, and kept my original dress on hold, so that I could try it on again. Eve-Sophie made me feel so comfortable, and she knew exactly which dresses would suit me and my body type, and she ended up finding me another dress that I absolutely loved and said yes to!

Excellent service with the help of Chantal the owner and Catherine the associate made the whole process absolutely amazing. They were extremely sweet, patient and kind. The experience was super enjoyable and you could tell they really love what they’re doing. The dresses are to die for and the service to is a 10/10. Would recommend for any bride. Their help was just wow wow woww.

I ended up buying my beautiful romantic glam wedding dress with Jesse! I had a great time even though I was torn between two dresses they really made me see the beauty in my choice of dress. I was a little disappointed about the no pictures but It’s the store policy and I respect that.

It was my first time shopping for a wedding dress and my experience at Créations Vézina could not have been any better. Chantal, the owner, welcomed my bridal party and I in an intimate room and took the time to settle us in and make us feel at ease. She assigned us to the most wonderful consultant, Catherine, who was so kind and honest and really engaged with my bridal party. I am so happy to have found my dress here!

My sister and I both got our wedding dresses from Vezina and both had an amazing experience :).
They recommended a seamstress to us and we made an appointment many months in advance. I flew in from Vancouver for my first appointment, and unfortunately the seamstress canceled on us one hour before the appointment because she was sick. Having flown in for this I was a bit panicked and obviously upset. We went to Vezina and the staff was amazing. They took it very seriously, and within 20 minutes they had found us an incredible seamstress willing to take us both that day.
They were so professional, kind, and I cannot express how grateful we were for their approach to problem solving.
Our seamstress was amazing and made the experience so fun for us.

100% recommend Vezina for any bridal needs. From trying on dresses, to them keeping my dress for 4 years through Covid, to their customer service, every experience we had with them was A+!!!!!
