I usually don't give a 5 star easily but the service these guys provided was outstanding.
My boy was prescribed some special formula food which wasn't available anywhere and when all the major pharmacies refused this store/pharmacy went all out to ensure I receive it.
They kept their commitment and kept us informed. Words cannot describe how thankful I am to everyone who was involved.

Great staff and service. Yes this is a smaller location compared to the newer stores but the service is great. The store front staff are always friendly and helpful.
The pharmacy staff are really good. The pharmacists are knowledgeable, professional and always answer your questions. They are very compassionate and I have seen them help those who couldn't afford their meds.

It is a smaller pharmacy compared to Shopper’s but they specialize in the product line, are more readily available and address your concern and prescriptions faster than Shopper’s. Ease of access make them a more favoured destination for the pharmacy needs.
Located in a nice plaza at Vodden and Kennedy in Brampton.

Reliable place to fill prescription

Best drug store experience I have had in Brampton. They call me to let me know my prescription is ready, friendly inviting staff. I don't feel like a number or a nuisance as I do sometimes in other pharmacies. Very clean and organized.

The only reason they get a 4 is the location in Centennial Plaza. This Plaza hasn't seen any updates since 1980. Property Management please invest in your community and they will invest in you, and your businesses! 👍💯

Dispensing of drugs is fairly quick

I have to say that the Customer Service at Rexall Vodden is amazing! The Manager and Pharmacist was super helpful when there was a miscommunication. I am forever grateful for the accommodation they have made for me, especially since I don't have benefits with my employer. Thank you so much for your help today! This is the only pharmacy I go to and it's been over two years. They say ask and you shall receive and this time it happened. Hemand the Pharmacy Manager was very helpful especially when I had an issue with Trillium! When you get customer service like this it goes a long way

I don’t understand what happened. My mother and I, spoke to my doctor and he agreed on me staying on 7.5 mg of imovaine. In the past you guys were doing great and I had no issues with your store, but I have not a clue what occurred yesterday. I’m confused and shocked. I am very depressed here, spent hours crying at the ER. I went to the emergency room because of not having my proper 7.5 mg. My mental health is poor, and my doctor said he would give me 7.5 mg, I haven’t been sleeping well. Very very sad 😢 you gave me 5 mg. 😭😭😭 Please correct this situation. I’m very heartbroken. 💔

The main reason they get 3 stars is for the staff at the front. The pharmacy part of the store is not the greatest where customer service is concerned.

Several times, I have stood at the counter for upwards of 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. 2 pharmacists are right there talking, they avoid eye contact and continue talking. There was one lady recently who walked around doing other things AFTER speaking with the other pharmacist for a few minutes while I waited. It's fine if you're busy BUT acknowledge your customers. If you need a minute, say so. AT THE VERY LEAST MAKE SOME EYE CONTACT, possibly a smile, give me a little point to let me know it'll be a minute, SOMETHING. I didn't need a prescription and only as I turned to leave was I acknowledged. If my regular pharmacy was opened at the time, I would have gladly gone there.
I used to fill my prescriptions here but I stopped for this reason. When I go into Cumberland Pharmacy right across the street they ALWAYS greet me, ask how I'm doing, etc. They go over and above which keeps me coming back and recommending them to others.

The pharmacy is fine , this review is based on the pharmacist that works here, tries to force everyone to get vaccinated with a lot of pressure including pregnant woman . Takes pride on how many ppl they have vaccinated and discriminates against ppl that don’t want to

Horrible and unreliable. One of the employees couldn't get my order right through Uber Eats. They gave me the wrong pack of Tylenol, I ordered an 100 pack and they gave me 50 yet I was still charged for the 100 pack. They also did not include my order of cookies yet I was still charged for it. This was meant for a "Get Well" package to my friend but they ruined it. It's not that hard to put together a pack of medicine and cookies, get it together.
