Walmart Supercentre

Recently I had an absolutely outstanding customer service experience with Jamie in the wireless department at Walmart Miramichi. I was considering a new phone and wanted to review my plan. I'd had a terrible experience at the Bell store in town with a tacky salesman there, so thought I'd try Walmart. From the very start, Jamie was totally professional, polite, and gave straight answers to my many questions. No pressure, no silly tactics, no unnecessary questions, just straight-up excellent customer service.

He was able to get me a new phone, reduce my monthly bill, plus I received a Walmart gift card! But most importantly, it was really a great experience. Turns out he's the manager there. For anyone considering a new phone and looking for someone to actually help you with that, you should go see Jamie. Go now!

We like Walmart because if I need something and it's late at night...I can go here and typically find it at a great price. I don't go to Walmart expecting sales people to know details on products. I do go for the selection and prices.

I like shopping at Walmart because they have a variety of items... household items as well as outdoor items... Clothing and food... They also have a pharmacy and much much more... And their prices are very reasonable
