I need to give a shout out to Jada, who was so friendly and patient doing my infant’s passport photo! She took so many shots of my infant as it was difficult to capture a baby that can’t even sit up. Although there were some people waiting, she never rushed the process and was amazing.

She even said that if my photos were rejected, I can come in to do a retake for free ! Thank you so much Jada!

This store at Markham and Bur Oak has a cosmetician supervisor who is extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgable of skin care products and makeup stuff. When you became a regular customer, when there is sales, she would advise you, making sure money well spent.

I like that there's always a staff there to assist.

Very rude staff! I mean abanoxiously rude. Her name is Patience. No other customers were present at the counter but she kept talking to other staff members ignoring the customer. Avoided eye contact. Extremely condescending when she was asked questions. Replied in very demeaning tone. Extremely unnecessary attitude. Has attitude problems

Had products marked as something they weren't, when it went through cash. As well had prices marked as one thing but we're a higher price when going through cash. To this day, I bought liquid eyeliner that came up as blush, not sure if I paid the price of the eyeliner or a blush, as the price again was different when I got to the cash. The attendant that tried to help me was difficult to deal with.
