Clothes are of great quality and there is always some kind of sale going on. Variety of dresses, tank tops , shorts and t-shirts. Genuine price.

I was very impressed and pleasantly satisfied with an outstanding customer service I got from Bramalea location.

My overseas friends bought 4 bottles of fragrances from Dixie Value Mall but can'tpack them and bring them home to Saigon. I wanted to check out Bramalea location, so I took them there for their exchange. I have never done an exchange or return anywhere so I was a bit hesitant approaching the cashier.

The first sales rep was very polite and courteous of their policies on NO return on fragrances. I explained on the liquid policy with overseas flyers. She asked her manager on the issue.....Oh my goodness, their manager is incredibly professional and superbly understanding. She authorized the exchanged and told us to go pick what we wanted. I picked out what I wanted for me and waited in line for my exchange. What a busy place, this location is almost as big as the one in Square One. Watching them cashing out customers, all her staffs were incredibly pleasants to all customers. There were 4 cashiers and the manager, they all had a smile on their faces serving a very busy line up. I was served by Mykeala, super friendly gal, very pleasant and helpful.

I have found a second location I like from this chain.

This urban planet is massive and has a ton of trendy seasonal fashion pieces to satisfy your edgy heart! Amazing deals if you shop during the 40% storewide events. End of the year sales are huge and worth the trip for bulk buying! I'm a curvier fit (xl) and I always find nice fitting outfits. I really enjoy the playlist selection but the music is unnecessarily loud on busier days so much so that you can hear the speakers clipping. Other then that, if you want to avoid the lines and chaos then shop during the week!

This store is great. Raajvi helped me so much with finding what I needed as well as telling me what’s trending in fashion right now! Will be coming back
