We visited the store today to get more school shirts for our son. Their service is always great, always friendly and helpful.

That staff was very helpful and the place is super clean, organized and well stocked! We were in and out in less than 10 mins with pants and socks.

There was a 30min+ wait but the workers there were extremely kind and helpful. They had great deals and variety for uniforms. Overall 5 star experience.

Very nice staff. Loved how you can place your name on the online wait list, wait in the car, and they will they will message you when it's your turn.

Excellent clean environment. Great service and excellent knowledgeable staff who answer all your questions. Staff is friendly and plenty in store so you don't have to wait long for service either. I would highly recommend this place of business.

We were buying uniforms for my daughter. Since this wasn’t the first time we were here they had all my daughter’s info on file. The staff were kind and very quick. We didn’t ask but the staff member that took our order put a rush on our order. Within minutes we had our order. We got into the second line to pay for everything. We cashed out and it was a bit pricey. This is my daughter’s last year of high school so it will be three years before we’re back with our son.
Overall clean store, friendly staff and quick service. Keep it up.

We went in for my daughter's grade 9 uniforms, we were served very efficiently, waited about 5/10 minutes for our turn. We went in tried on full uniform and gym clothes. They all fit very nice. We were given full breakdown on prices for all three deals. We decided on the Time Saver bundle. We decided that was the best deal as you can exchange if not used for next year. Overall great experience. Great job McCarthy's.

Went today to get some new uniform and my experience was amazing! Got assisted by two female sales associates and they were absolutely PHENOMENAL. They helped me get the best price and made the whole experience easy going. Definitely believe they deserve some recognition for their hard work 👍 Asides from that, the building was clean, staff were very nice and followed covid regulations.

I went into the Brampton store to get some knowledge on the uniform for my daughter who will be starting Robert F Hall this coming September and the young lady Chanel was so helpful in explaining the different bundles to me! Very great warm experience that I thought would be so difficult! Awesome customer service quick FYI for all the parents nervous to shop! :)

My fifth year in a row dealing with the Brampton branch... always quick and efficient service but today adding to that the continued sanitization after every and each customer! You shop with confidence!
My daughter and myself got exquisite service today by Manfredis, who went above and beyond helping us with styles and sizes, even bonus voucher too! Nevertheless Chanel at cash... very pleased with the service we have had today!

We got our son's uniform from this location a couple of days ago. It was pretty crowded but that was expected so we did not mind. We were helped out by Navdeep she was very patient and helped us find our son's proper size and made it a good experience for us!

Great customer service from Danielle yesterday, she explained everything and ended up doing the 7 shirt…..bundle. The quality seems good and we can change to a different size next year if we need to.

I came to buy a pair of pants for my daughter and two employees by the names of Miguel and Santiago were very helpful. Myself and my sister both purchased our uniforms at McCarthy's, and each time we had a great experience. I think having young staff is a benefit as they help the incoming students feel more comfortable and despite their age they are all very knowledgeable when it comes to the uniforms and company itself. The pieces are high quality and are a fair price. It does get quite busy at the end of summer and early September, so we always go in June to avoid lines and insure we have our uniforms for school. I also appreciate how they extend their return and exchange policy till the end of September.

Breanna and Miguel were such great help today! It was an amazing experience and they helped us and got us what we needed very efficiently and patiently even though we had come in 3 minutes before closing time. I would definitely recommend getting school uniforms from this location.
