Suzy Shier

I visited the Suzy Shier Bramalea location today and I was given exceptional customer service by Ustat. She was helpful with my purchase of a gift card. Beginning to end- she was professional, efficient and friendly. I also saw that she was equally nice to the other customers in the store as well. Fantastic customer service- will shop here again.

I visited them for the first time and it was such a great experience. Customer service is absolutely amazing. A red head girl named Ustant may be was quite helpful. Thank you for the amazing service.

I have been to the store a couple of times. The staff is really good and provides excellent customer service. There are always many people in the store, but the staff still manages to look after every customer entering the store and provide them with the best service.
After having the “first great experience”, I went there with my sisters and they loved the store too. I would recommend Suzy Shier to everyone and this specific location due to its excellent staff:)

Great service and amazing selection for clothes. I needed a gift recently and the staff there made it one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had in a retail store. I genuinely believe this is one of the best Suzy shier locations I’ve been to.

It was the first time in years that I've shopped here but I will be returning quite frequently because the service here is spectacular! The girls.. every single one of them are very welcoming, friendly and super efficient despite the stress of the 40percent off event. The beautiful young lady Farida who assisted my mom and I was so sweet and kind despite the crowd. My mom and I both bought the same sweater she was wearing from Suzy because of her! You've got a golden team here and they represent your brand in excellence. Ps- Farida, keep up that zest for life and that joyous nature, it's what the world needs right now.

Haven't been in this store for a while. They had a sale and I left with a bag of clothes. They have large sizes which is nice.

Ultimate store for modern women dressing. They got excellent collection and range. Generally my wife stroles through 7-8 stores to choose one dress but it happened for the first time that she ended up buying 3 dresses by visiting just one store (Suzy Shier) in her first visit.. . .Surprising. . .👌👌👍👍 keep it up

What an amazing shopping adventure, I am not the best type of shopper I usually rely on my brother to help me. I don’t ever have the shopping urge clothes always seem to defeat me and I am always struggling on how to be in “style”. I walked into SUZY and was met with Vanessa, she asked if I needed any help? I was upfront and honest and said “everything”, she smiled and said “for Sure” and oh wow did she ever help me, I got the royal treatment. Vanessa spent almost two hours with me she listened and addressed all the areas of concerns’ I had regarding what I was looking for, for the first time in felt at ease speaking to someone about how I wanted to feel in clothes she listened and got me outfits that were perfectly picked from head to toe. Wrae-quel was also there to give me the thumbs up or down when I got out of the dressing room. Lets put it this way the things I picked out vs hers... lol it was a barrel of laughs, but not to make me feel silly… she put it in a way that made me understand why her choices best suited my body… and these days fashion works for a much smaller size than I am. Vanessa made me feel comfortable in the clothes and I did not even think of my size.
I am not sure if there are many women out there like me who are fashion challenged… if you are please take the time to Visit Suzy and ask for Vanessa. She is truly a kind-hearted wonderful soul who has the expertise in all fashion related areas. This was the best shopping trip I have ever had and I will always relate it to the service that I received by both Vanessa and Wrae-quel. I truly believe that there are those who excel at there duties when in a job and for me Vanessa should have her own blog, YouTube channel and everything wonderful her heart desires, she has the eye for fashion. This is nice and good store for females to get their clothes with fashion sense. Their prices are highly worthy. I love the sweaters and tops from this store.

My first experience and was so amazing the lady that worked today was soooo helpful even though it was very busy she just kept helping all customers and had a very pleasant personality.
